@ethanholland7520 Both the Gold & Chrome Dubstas can/do appear at LS Customs in Story & Online. It all depends on the RNG & the Lobby that you're in Online (personally, I would search for the cars whilst in an Invite or Friend's Only Lobby to make the spawn rate for the vehicles a bit more easier)
I do have the Space Docker with 2 characters one is rank 2060 the pther 2327 it took me 4 and half years of grind i unlocked it ladt year in the summer.
Rusty tractor can be found and easily driven from grapeseed btw, imagine not doing your research, also the dubsta one isn’t true, since rockstar removed that spawn type for online, however it does work in story mode
