Just got my Rascal box set a couple of days ago. Love it. I'm a big fan of theirs. Saw their reunion tour in 2013 with all 4 original members. You were correct Larry. Search and Nearness came out after See. And Freedom Suite was before see. Great video Larry. Thanks.

Larry enjoy the boxset they are a great band, I wish they would have included in that set The Rascals album Time Peace. Although it's a best of, it is a great listening album and the art work is great also. In the same way as The FLOWERS album is for the Stones. Keep up the High Quality entertainment Your the best,! Happy Canada Day Larry! Caught Live +5 is a neat live album. The +5 part is 5 at the time unreleased studio tracks from 1967 and '68. The live version of The Sunset and also Legend of a Mind are highlights in my opinion. Cheers!

I bought The Moody Blues live + 5 when it first came out. The live songs are pretty good, but they improved in concert over the years. I love the Hayward rare studio songs, especially What am I doing here.

I have See , and Search & Nearness on remastered CDs , with a Best of compilation as well . All of which I like a lot . That looks like a great set , worthy of exploring . Thanks for the review !

The Rascals were a very good,talented soulful band Larry and they should have been bigger then they were,I think that ridiculous early 1920's image hurt them very much. Bob

Think I'll just have to get myself a copy of that Rascals box set. I have an older anthology CD entitled The Ultimate Rascals, and even though it contains all their US chart singles the audio isn't as good as it should be.

I love the Rascals' music, but never bought any of their records - albums or singles. As for your "main channel" just say "my other channel" or if you still have issues with RU-vid, add "that was demonetized". This, "LarryGravesCanadianStudmuffin" is now your "main" channel.

What is the weird intruding voice at 11:30ish? I thought it was becoming a joke video for a second!

That is weird... no idea. I did fix the audio online with a background noise remover, but I don't think that would make that weird glitch appear. Anyway, it's not a joke... I still had the original audio and luckily there was no weird voice on it, so it must be an online glitch from editing it. Using RU-vid editor to remove that bit so it doesn't freak people out, ha ha. It should be gone soon.

Do you think when you finish building up and giving your Can collection a good listen, would you start getting more King Gizzard? Also your voice in this video seems a little off.

Yes, I still listen to King Gizzard and the 5 albums I have. I tried an online filter to cut back the noise of the air conditioner... just testing it out.
