Man, Jai is so cool that he has TWO drum kits on set! XD Seriously though, I really like that touch where he has one set of drums that he starts with on the floor, giving the music a nice, cozy and intimate feel only to go back to his usual set of drums when he needs to bring in the intensity for song's climax. Also, I normally pay more attention to the guitars when listening to music, but this past year, I've been paying a ton of attention to the drums as well: Jai's work for The Raven Age, Alex's work on Trivium or Mario's work on Gojira. It's been a really good year for metal.
