I love these recipes. My concern is that I require at least 100 to 150 grams of protein per day. Are these recipes if in a day eaten have a high protein count
who says raw food is enough for nutrients, should eat also egg-plants, potatoes and beans in raw form. Nobody can defend skiping these foods due to their poison and necessary cooking, otherwise will be eliminated on his life. So, eat the egg-plants and potatoes and beans in raw form, everybody-
