This is the 44th installment of our RAW SERIES, where we pull back the musical soundtrack and let the mall sounds free, warts and all!
This is the Witch City Mall in Salem, MA. This is a very small, very local mall located in the heart of Salem. It is VERY quiet here. Many of the businesses here, as throughout town, completely run with the whole "witch" motif made famous from the Salem Witch Trials from the late 17th century. Lots of references to witches, ghosts, psychics, and other such paranormal tropes abound. The center was formerly called Museum Place and just recently was changed to Witch City Mall, but none of the old signage was removed, making it hard to see the name of the property unless you are already walking in the door.
