Love watching your videos. A friend and I are working on static diving 1/10 German Delphin sub with a Peristaltic Pump. We bought different types of pumps and started building before the pandemic. not long ago started building mounts and testing the pumps. Found out that the pumps did not work ,silicon tube was deformed by constant pressure of the rollers but once we rotated the rollers and primed the pump it worked fine. One of the smaller pump had planetary gears system inside the gear one that was press fit on the shaft failed split. Designed a bracket that mounts on the front by the nuts of the Neptune to mount a camera, Did not want to damage the perspex window.
Mine was fine until the main ballast control board stopped working entirely. Until I find a replacement, I can still dive it dynamically with a little extra weight added to the undertray.
I just looked up the seawolf RC submarine sold on line by “The Scale Modeler” $169.50 plus shipping. Not thousands of dollars. The seawolf is on eBay too as you said but only a couple hundred dollars. Is there a different seawolf RC outhere that you are referring too?
