@@nazmamunnisha 1.select organic rice or any starch rice(don't use brown rice if your hair is very dry) 2.keep the rice under running water to remove dirt 3.Add 4 cups of water for 1 cup rice,if you have dry hair add 6-7 cups of water for 1 cup rice 4..wash the rice with two hands(so that rice properties will add in rice water) 5.Add pomelo fruit peel,if that fruit is not available add orange peel or small lemon peel and ginger and green tea(if green tea is not available add tea tree essential oil 4-5 drops 6.Boil all the ingredients for atleast 10 mins(Boil in a clay pot if possible) 7.Once the water cool down,Transfer the rice water into a airtight glass jar with all ingredients and ferment the water for atleast 1 week 8. According to Yao women they will ferment the rice water for 1week to 1 month. 9.Afer 1 week open the glass jar and mix all ingredients with the help of spoon and seperate the ingredients with the help of strainer and transfer the rice water to any spray bottle or to a big bowl 10.Spray the rice water to your hair and scalp or wash your hair with rice water in inversion method(watch the video at 8.10 mins for inversion method..Yao women use this inversion method to wash their hair, which helps to impove blood circulation in scalp and promote hair growth. 11.Keep this rice water for atleast 20-30 mins and wash your hair only with water 12.If you feel your hair become so dry after using this rice water...that means your hair is protien sensitive.In that case keep this rice water only for 20 mins and wash your hair with diluted shampoo 13.Use this rice water for weekly twice You can store this water in refrigerator for 1-2 weeks
