Start weight training 3-4 times a week atleast. Increase protein intake minimum of 1gm per 1kg of your current bodyweight. Introduce HIIT 1-2 times for 12-15 mins in a week. 3-4 litres of water everyday Increase step count to 6.5k-7.5k

If non veg - eat chicken, eggs, fish, milk, paneer, soya and other items made from it in your daily diet. If veg - chole, rajma, paneer, soya, milk, all dals. Remember any source coming from animal is a complete protein and has all amino acids. All protein source coming from plants except soya has incomplete amino acids so need to eat with rice and roti. All food items needs to be in a specific quantity. 1 katori dal and 3 chapatis or rice won’t serve the purpose. 2-3 katori legumes, 2-3 katori dal with 1 roti and salad roughly should be the quantity.

These supplements are not for weight loss. As the name suggests, they are supplements and not whole food. For weightloss that you would mean to cut down fat you need to be in calorie deficit of your TDEE.

During protein metabolism, the body breaks down dietary protein into amino acids. These amino acids are used for various functions like muscle repair, enzyme production, and other bodily processes. However, excess amino acids that aren’t needed for immediate use undergo a process called **deamination**, where the nitrogen-containing part of the amino acid (ammonia) is removed. Here's what happens to the waste products: 1. Ammonia: Ammonia is toxic to the body, so it’s quickly converted into urea in the liver through the urea cycle. Urea is a less toxic compound, and it is then transported to the kidneys and excreted from the body in urine. 2. Carbon Skeleton: After deamination, the remaining part of the amino acid (the carbon skeleton) can be used in different ways: - It can be converted into glucose via gluconeogenesis and used for energy. - It can be converted into fat and stored if there's excess energy. - It can be used directly for energy production by entering the Krebs cycle. 3. Other Byproducts: Some amino acids also produce other waste products during metabolism, like creatinine (from creatine breakdown), which is excreted through urine, and carbon dioxide, which is expelled via respiration. Overall, the body's system for handling the waste products of protein metabolism is highly efficient, with most nitrogenous wastes being converted into urea and eliminated through the kidneys. Proper kidney and liver function are essential for the effective removal of these waste products.

Electral is electrolytes like sodium, magnesium, zinc, phosphorus and potassium. Bcaa is amino acids mainly leucine, isoleucine and valine. Both are very different and functions are different

Don't worry about weight, 59 is not excessive. Focus on body weight composition. If you have 35% + muscle mass % you are doing great. Focus on how you feel instead of focusing on some ideal number. If you feel tired after workout, don't do it every day. Give yourself enough time to recover. Try alternative days. Reduce carbohydrates and increase plant based protien. The important thing is to enjoy your workouts and feel good. Good luck!

@@Deepak-zn6tb absolutely what deepak has mentioned is a way to go for you. Seems like you are over training your muscles and giving enough time to recover. Also, fatloss and muscle building is a slow process and may be you are putting on muscle and reducing fat at the same time and that’s the reason weight is same. Include other factors to track fatloss like measuring tape around waist and belly.

Ideally start with as close to 100gms of protein. Slow n steady you can move up from there. Keep the carbs mainly around the workout. Meals furthest away from the workouts should have minimal carbs for yiur goal

Why ppl have wrong notion about vegetarian sources.can we get full protein from nonveg.practically speaking we cannot eat nonveg without spices n oil non veg has to fried in oil.in this process we will lose more nutrition.values.only non veg ppl get full protein is myth.I feel that sprouts have more nutrions.soya granules have more protein than this spicy nonveg.

Big difference between nutrition and protein. Here we are mainly talking about protein as amino acids and foods which have all the 9 essential amino acids. Non veg does not have to be fried. You can grill it too. And the while you pan fry it the oil from the protein is good enough to cook the food. Veg food is also good but it's not complete protein. When you combine them it works as complete
