- Dice 500 grams chicken breast
- Chop ½ cup bell pepper
- Add 1 tablespoon oil in a pan
- Add ½ cup chopped onion
- Add bell peppers
- Add the chicken
- Add 1 teaspoon soya sauce
- Add 1 tablespoon chilli paste
- Add 1 tablespoon of vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- Add 1 cup water
- Add 3-4 chopped green chillies
- Add 1 teaspoon corn starch syrup
- Plate and garnish with spring onions
