Moore Manor all day. It's tasteful, unique, and size appropriate. Chateau Shereé may be bigger but it's a tacky McMansion with fake dodgy materials like fake marble and cheap fixtures. Shereé will be in debt for years of that house and probably won't be able to sell it. Kenya will make a profit on Moore Manor when she decides to sell it. #TeamTwirl

FACTS! Moore Manor is my style... It looks clean, modern and international. Chateau Sheree looks like a wanna be castle. We'll see how long she'll even be able to afford to stay there. The upkeep alone will be many thousands a month.

Nah, that's my problem with the American style of tacky, oversized McMansions. They're ugly, ridiculously over the top and for some reason, the American style of building relies on half-assing EVERYTHING, down to the materials. Sheree needs to decide on one style and then she can run with it. Kenya has her style down.

Kenya is a smart woman, Sheree’s house looks amazing but you don’t need to spend all that money on living space, especially if it’s an investment i.e to sell later... Kenya’s house seemed smart and well thought in terms of money moves. Kenya is the smartest house wife. Kandi and Cynthia too. I can see why they teamed up. Smart ladies
