Wow glad you reached out to Fendi customer service and found out this is fake and TRR still re-enlisted the item. 🤦🏻‍♀️ This is a very helpful video. Thanks for sharing your experience. It’s also disgusting that certain RU-vidrs with thousands of followers support and purchase from these businesses. I’m sickened that RealReal insists it’s real and has relisted it. I think as a consumer we tend to believe these reputable sites only sell authentic but this just shows how important it is to double authenticate everything! I hope the real real destroys that bag! They don't destroy it. As a matter of fact they sell it back on their site. Same thing happened to me. They sold me a fake designer bag and returned it to them. A week later i got my refund i checked their website and sure enough, its back on the site and for a lot higher price than what i paid for.

I love watching reviews video. I haven’t bought anything from real real. I am scared to buy preloved bag. The color of the bag is very beautiful, I’m sorry you have to deal with this. Hi , Is there a place where bags can be authenticated? In France shops can do this, and some designer copies are also worth a lot of money. In addition some artisans can fix bags that need refreshing and it may still be worth it depending on value and price paid? How much did they charge you compared to the "real" peek a boo value? Thank you for your informative video. I bought a fake Louis Vuitton Noe BB from the Real Real. How I found out was I tried to sell it to FASHIONPHILE and they deemed it unauthentic. I trust FASHIONPHILE more now than the real real. Thankfully The Real Real is giving me a full refund even though I bought the bag 3 months ago. So that’s good. Just the hassle of it all, I’ll not be buying from RR again.

I agree, it was GORGEOUS! I saw this design back in February and was bummed to know it was from 2016! Imagine how excited I was when it came up on TRR! I’m appalled they resisted the item!! When I took the bag in they had me speak to an authenticator, who insisted the bag was real! Shameful really!

Hi dear I Am looking at a Fendi Baguette Monster fr a reseller, it was out on 2014. Qns is there’s a RFID + Hologram shown on e photo given. You mentioned on 2014 , it shld be a Tag + Hologram. After 2014 is RFID + tag. Why is mine RFID + Hologram ? Is it fake ? Pls help ??? Thanks so much 😅

What is so disheartening is that preloved items are so highly sought after that the item could be in poor condition and someone may still want the item. The real real should be honest in their descriptions and post photos to show damage. Fashionphile posts clear detailed pics that can be blown up. They also do a great job identifying damage, sometimes I think they are over critical but that shows the extreme consideration they put into their listings. Shame shame for them selling young fake.

Hi Yvette, so sorry it's happen to you. The combo is beautiful. I am on a hunt for green bag. But, since green is very specific color I don't want to get super expensive brand like Chanel or Fendi. Remember, Balenciaga green bag. I am still considering that one, as long as I can find on sale.

I just ordered two marc jacobs bags. Love your bag but to be fair, the listing does say scratches throughout the exterior!! I personally think leather looks better with age so dont mind a little wear on my bags at the price i got them but they cant be fakes!!

Zenobia Sethna I believe the description used words as faint and minor to describe the scratches. They were neither faint or minor. As indicated, the scratches weren’t deal breakers for me either. The fact that the item was a fake was. I have since purchased a pre-loved peekaboo, that has some wear. Thank you so much for watching have a great rest of your week❣️

The tag wasn't stitched all the way around. I saw it when you where rubbing the tag between your fingers. It could have come off, as all serial numbers and holagrams do, even on Chanel.

I have heard that they had quotas of how many items needed to he authenticated per day so I can assume employees felt pressured. Some of their items have great prices but they provide horrible quality pictures and poor descriptions.

Just for your information. There was literally a Chanel boutique here in Kuala Lumpur selling SUPER FAKE. Right in the most luxurious mall. Everything seemed really legitimate until one day cops show up. Who knows how many customers bought from that store. Plz search online articles for more detail. Be careful, always!

Even though it says no returns, I made it clear that I will file a dispute and you know paypal got my back so ima need my schmoney back and get myself THEREALREAL BAG from the store.

Ana Paula Ghisellini I did notify them in store. As stated in my video, they insisted the bag authentic and they relisted and re-sold the bag. There is a news report out from CNBC that investigated them recently for this very thing. It’s on youtube. Thanks for watching mama.

TRR takes legitimate photos of their items which show all the flaws and they have pretty great descriptions of all the flaws which explains the price reduction. I’m surprised they did not make it clear on the listing of the scratches Edit: I saw the listing. The photo does not show how bad the scratching was. I’m sorry it didn’t work out :(

I can relate I bought a vintage Gucci bag from them and it came without the serial number is unbelievable and it says is last sale so means coulnt return it but I didn’t know it didn’t have the serial number inside honestly they suck is sad RU-vidrs are rating them and telling people to buy from them

I hear nothing but good things from bigger youtubers about the real real, some due to sponsorships others feel like their collections would be discredited if they acknowledge the issues with TRR. I’m sure if yo my contact your credit card company they would be able to refund you. Just request a chargeback. I’m so sorry to hear about your experience.
