@@ozymandiasultor9480 Sadly, there are too many wumaos and cheerleading Chicom sycophants here who can't see that murderous nation for what it really is and does.
There no reason to choose sustainable way and not being wasteful. In future, things will be really heated up when more and more space projects comes their way.
AMAZING video man. SUPERB job with all the information, very informative and educational. I wasn't really aware of the Chinese abilities, and history with rocketry etc. That Long March 9 reminds me of the Kerbal X, lol... Ya GOTTA make a Kerbal Space Program reference here, sorry, lol. Saw Scott Manley's clip in there too. Great job with this video man. Super cool. Keep up the great work, subscribed for more...
These are legit rocket scientists, so yeah, they know what they are doing. Its very possible to fail like spaceX new rocket, but that's just how try and error works.
@@texan-american200 yes, he is serious. He's is a peekisteny and they change their dads on drop of a hat, previously USA was their dad but currently chineses are their dads🤭, so....
Thanks for the update. Very informative. The original LM9 design uses the most intelligent aspects of the Saturn V and bypasses the difficulties with combustion instability by using smaller dual chambered designs and massive clustering. They stuck with simple, known, cheap kerosene to get off the pad, then drop the weight and use high performance HydoLOX for the upper stages. Gives them payload almost identical to Saturn V and better than SLS. (SLS has got to be one of the stupider designs that looks like a throwback to the 1950's Atlas stage and a half design. Since they lug the enormous tank almost to orbit, they end up with less payload to orbit than Saturn V even using those high performance HydroLOX engines on the sustainer stage. Stupid.) I figure the Chinese will follow through on the Saturn like version and get it working for an "edge of their capability" 1969-style race to the moon. They might figure that the US is one disaster away from going all wobbly, and figure they can still beat us back to the surface - with a great propaganda coup. Then they just wait for SpaceX to make all the mistakes possible and fix the problems on Starship and then use espionage to copy it. Hopefully, Gwynne Shotwell doesn't have a heart attack or throw up her hands and leave over the "baby man" Elon saying something awful. (I mean does his ego let him admit that without Gwynne, his entire crew would get pissed off and leave?) As long as we don't go all wobbly, we are still 6 -10 years ahead of China in capability, but they are willing to spend the money necessary to catch up, so we need to keep pushing.
I don't think the Chinese see value in landing a human on the moon when robots can pretty much do the job or a better job in exploring it. So they don't really have a need for a heavy rocket unless their thoughts change.
When you say the "Real Reason", you are implying there's a Fake Reason that's being foisted on up the public but you didn't even mention what that fake reason is.
starship still not ready for first flight? Launch could be only a few weeks away _"...With this work largely completed, the focus now turns toward the final significant hurdle standing between SpaceX's massive rocket and a launch attempt-a license from the Federal Aviation Administration. While such regulatory matters are uncertain, a source said good progress is being made toward the _*_issuance of such a license during the first two weeks of april"_*
The biggest challenge with the USA and rocket companies is not so much as getting things to orbit - but the fast, cheap and accurate manufacturing process. If EM can make SpaceX do that he will be the Henry Ford of the Space Age...and that is where we will see the worlds economy shift to the stars.... (Disclaimer, of course No Asteroids blow us up, no Nukes, no Climate change, People stop shooting each other, Covid and the Flu goes away and AI seems to be like Gumby LOL)
@@Secssl128g Obviously with star ship and full reusability is were the full revolution of rocketry lies, but doesn't spaceX already have lowest cost per kg to orbit worldwide via falcon9/heavy?
@@blengi yeah - they got it down pretty good but..... I watched a video where Elon was like we "The hardest part is getting the manufacturing process down" and he said "the weren't there yet" (paraphrase) maybe they are now I don't know.
Every time a rocket gose up so douse our Earth 🌎 atmosphere temperature changes we are all in trouble 😢😮 we must 🛑 and think of the future 4 our children right now we should paint streets and roof tops white a.s.a.p. to cool down the flooding situations and it's only going to get wers explosive temperature changes in earths atmosphere is speeding up the problem 4 all of Earth 🌎 we are all watching and all slowly becoming victim of temperature changes in earths atmosphere so what is more important rockets or the planet Earth 🌎🌍 something to think about it's really important to all people we are all in this to get her
Imagine the Tortious and the Hare, but the Hare wakes up right as the Tortious is about to cross the finish line and win the race anyway. This is basically the US beating Chine by going back to the Moon while flexing on China lol
Not yet. It would be interesting race between CSA and spaceX to see who get their working superheavy lift rocket first. Tho spaceX got massive advantage because NASA help them while CSA are working on their own.
At the beginning of your video you said China's success over the last 30 years is because of their ability to "develop"... Shouldn't you have said reverse-engineer?
absolutely Ancient China had some Fantastic inventors but ever since the CCP dictators came into power china lost alot of Bright and smart thinkers. To Famine and Prosecution on free thought. and have in later years gotten very good at stealing and copying instead. and the Soviets with actual proper scientists helped them along the way in many regards. Soviet was also very bad but they atleast had Space for Engineers and scientists and dident ruin their Education systems.
*May you should said "re-imagined" 🤭 the US tried to block any corporating still on the verge of being surpaaed by China again my advice from 30 years ago stop putting your "top secret" junk rocket design on the internet so when others design better ones that you don't even have, you can't accuse them stole your outdated worthless design LMAO*
Have they ripped of spacx's super heavy and starship design's we all know they rip off technology from their network of spies they've been doing it for years
It is only because the Chinese steal all their technology that they have come along so fast. It is interesting that they do this but cannot build a jet engine with enough performance for their j20 to super cruise or have enough performance and range to be a decent carrier base jet. The funny thing is that even though they have a number of Russian jet engines to back engineer they are still fighting this. I don't think I want to be anywhere near when they try to launch this thing.
@@junland2003 How America is stopping China from making chips today,Just like the United States prevented China from building a space station in the past. 20 years later, he will still say that China stole American technology to make chips.
????? WELL, if you insanely think that space race is the most important thing a nation can do? Maybe they're busy with a hundred super projects and ah, eradicating poverty? We have LOTS of poverty! Does that count?
Are you know this master ? Qian xue sen. You always claim to have stolen something you don't even have, embarrassing😂😂😂. you like the frog live in the well 😅
@Jon Sei Lim Well, he could be promoting the idea of two separate China's. After all, since the tentative end of the Chinese Civil War, the Americans have been trying to turn this idea into a reality. Back then, when the idea was first proposed, the leader/dictator of the Republic of China, which was an ally/vassal of the USA, rejected the proposal from his American "ally" because hey, what kind of "ally" proposes such a thing??? Plus, the USA itself is better suited for such a partition. World peace even depends on such a partition of the Eww Es A.
@jarrod wilson Uh no we don't. The "National Anthem" of the "Republic of China" sounds like a feminine, model race, asian persuasion piece of shit, a true reflection of those "free" Chinese who, in the face of American domination, gave up human rights to embrace "human rights".
The Chinese seem to build their rockets the same way they build their warships -- through incremental improvements and revised iterations over time, instead of throwing money into revolutionary fresh designs every time. And they maintain this pace quite relentlessly.
@@nestorportuguez8964 Let the title remain America's. In fact, China has never boasted before its success. like a mission to mars, suddenly they launch a rocket and succeed.
You hit it pretty much on the head. These simpletons love to kowtow to the Chicoms and deepthroat their propaganda until they swallow their rich-n-gooey lies as it spurts out. 😬
when you say "chinese communists" at 1.46 why do you show a picture of the exactly not a communist and the deadly enemy of Chairman Mao - Chiang Kai-shek? is it because you think all Chinese people look the same?
1:20 1st misinterpretation, The Long March Rockets were named after the title of one of Mao's poets. However, it is a tribute to the PLA's arduous struggle experience of the Long March and the heroic spirits that were born from it.
Now its very clear that apollo 11 didnt reach the moon,, just now even NASA is making super rocket,,,, ayayay,,,,, for long time ive been fooled about the first landing in the moon😢
Taiwan comparison to Ireland or Scotland, when the Scottish get their independence from the tyrant and supports China or Russia the British will take over even if a million babies are killed like Iraq. It is the right of the Chinese to take their land back and the traitors should be dealt with. Sorry the western populace is propagated from birth, Tom and jerry, jerry may kill millions but Jerry always the good guy so this comparison may not penetrate the propagated mind.
0:04 it says "real reason long March 9th(date)” It's quite odd that computer translation between Chinese and English still sucks in 2023, even with powerful tools such as GPT-4.
another thing, please don't believe anything China Daily says. It's not a news site. Its purpose is to provide English reading practice material for Chinese high school students.
They couldn't glean off the complete designs from the source so that's why they're stuck. They're trying their best to get the rest but it's getting difficult with the time
Instead of lifting 100 tons at once, why not 5 20 ton lifts? Put the stuff you need up in space a little at a time, then when ready you connect it all up and head for the moon? Not saying putting it all in one rocket load isn't better, but it IS a solution.
I wonder if they'll eventually develop a 4-chamber version of the YF-130. Such a 4-chamber version would be the world's most powerful liquid rocket engine ever flown.
That LM-9 weighs a max of 8 MILLION POUNDS. Just in case any of my lazy American friends were curious. Figured it'd pleased my red flagged friends. Jk!
quite sad to see this thing called space race , if only all the country can work together ,who know , a colony in the moon already is in the works long ago , that being said , someone pls pinch me to wake up from the dreams , lol
