And that ungratfull piece of shit aaron should not pray to some god but to richard because without him he would still be the next mechanic on the block! Aaron's net worth is in the millions, so find a garage that pay's a mechanic millions of dollars, so that ungreatfull bearded piece of trash should get his ass kicked for leaving GMG at the spot after his holiday! Yeah, the loads of hours were killing him. Well he a young dude and got payed a crap load of money, so he should have not worked 40 but 80 hours a week! Adn even then a normal mechanic would not become a milionaire! So you and all the haters are just jealous fackups who work their buts off for a louzy few hundred dollars a week, and then complain about the people who have made it in life! And for your information, Richard never claimed to be a mechanic, so now you know! I met him before he got famous. Seemed like a cool guy but then again I was a potential customer at the time. Fame can really screw people up regardless.

I honestly felt the same way until I listened to him on Joe Rogan Totally changed my mind on him. I thought he was hilarious and seemed like a fun person to be around. He did kind of explain how scripted everything was on the show and how much input the producers had. Hard to base an opinion on someone from a TV show.

Aaron's mistakes were Aaron's problems. In one of my businesses, my store manager was so intrinsically involved in its success that when I realised I may lose him to a competitor I offered him 5% of the business with an option to buy a further 15%. No doubt he took the offer, and today that store is my most profitable with the least amount of oversight by me. It was proved that after Aaron left the show, it continued to succeed while he tried and failed to make a show of his own. I've visited GMG several years ago but found it boring as hell. I own several successful businesses, and I have sweated but not from busting my ass. It was from not being able to sleep, thinking, 'how am I going to pay my workers, mortgage, bills', etc. There are times I'd rather be swinging a shovel than having to worry about me, my family, and employees who rely on me for the same reasons. Only simpletons think managers should sweat like them when they don't sweat like managers
