Yo! Album sales are calculated from streams and iTunes purchases. Every 1500 streams (on average because its different on different platforms) is counted as one ‘album equivalent’ alternatively 10 song purchases is considered the same. So for Doja to have sold 55,000 albums it was really 82.5M streams or 550,000 song purchases or a combination of the two. The point is that record companies inflating streams or purchases directly affects the number of ‘albums sold’ so you cant really draw any conclusion from comparing those number to eachother.

Yea it really does nothing for her, other than taking whatever she makes for one show. I'm not a fan of her, but she could put on a show the night of the superbowl. In a 100,000 seat arena anywhere and sell it out in 5 minutes. Plus she got any exposure she would have gotten from doing the Superbowl, from going on a couple dates with Kelce.
