The REAL Reason There Aren't More Black Managers In English Soccer..

Simple racism and I'm a black man. Look at all the black PL managers: Ruud Gullit, Chris Hughton, Jean Tigana, Paul Ince, Darren Moore, Terry Connor, Nuno Espirito Santo, Chris Ramsey. How many of them got a second chance (at the same level) after being sacked? Maybe Gullit. Now compare to the white managerial merry go round - Pardew, Lampard, Hughes, Redknapp, Hodgson, Bruce, Benitez, Souness, Rodgers, Moyes, Ranieri, Ancelotti, Tuchel, Big Sam, Mourinho, Conte - chance after chance after chance. Look at the Viera sacking. Palace finished 12th last season n ppl were sayin Viera dun well. Palace were 12th again this season n they sack him ? And from what I've read on Palace websites/forums they were gonna sack PV last season. It was only an FA cup semi that saved him. So he was pretty doomed from the start. Meanwhile 75 year old Roy Hodgson (who was the worst England and Liverpool manager ever) comes in n will look like a messiah, not bcoz he is, but bcoz he has a run of games against PL teams who are in the mud. Considering Palace only need 10-11 points to stay up from the remaining 11 games, of which the majority are far kinder fixtures than the run they've been on, it does still feel a racial, especially when u consider Viera has 65% win ratio against teams below him. And that's the thing the moment a black manager is in trouble he will get the bullet A game with around 30 to 40% blk players but zero PL black managers and race has nothing to do with it ? And to be honest it's even worse when you look who managers the clubs under 19's, 18's, 12's scouts etc. There is still no black presence and lets not even talk about the boardroom. Ashley Cole, Dwight Yorke, Ledley King, Sol Campbell have all done their badges. All top players. Yet struggle to get anywhere. In fact Dwight Yorke a few years bk was a "greeter" at the posh boxes in Old Trafford while Ole Gunner who wasn't even half the player Yorke was. was the main man at United. Where as Gerrard even after failing at Villa was offered the Poland job. Scott Parker failed at B'mouth got the Bruges jon and then got sacked. Lampard failed at Chelsea and got another top job at Everton. Micheal Carrick done his badges then. Guess what ? Straight in at big like Borough and he's only been there a minute and they are talking about hin as a future Spurs and even England manager. Rooney's gonna come bk to the PL at some point. Joey Barton was a mad man but gets his shot. When you are a top white player. You get shot after shot after shot. Hell even if you wasn't a top white players you can still get to the top (Eddie Howe. Klopp etc) But I guess I'm playing the "race card" hmm ?
