I'm glad I'm not the only one who said they're exploiting Traci's passing for a storyline. This last episode confirmed that for me and the way Towanda carried on literally made me change the channel. I clocked out at that point. They treated her some type of way, no terribly in life, now they think people are going to watch THEM disrespect her in her demise smh. Traci left the control of her likeness, future earnings and brand. The reason she did that I believe is so those sisters would Have to deal with her son and not abandon him once tracy was gone. The will left some money to her husband. And the will said Traci didn’t want her sorority performing at the funeral. At least this is what one blogger said who got the will. If you notice Tracy’s friend that dropped her life to be with her was by her side instead of her sisters. Having more time than her own sister.

This show will not be on long because of their motives. It was great in the past but now it's not going to be great because their motives have changed.

Traci said in past episodes that she always felt like the “sister-cousin”. This was during the time they wouldn’t film with her for contractual reasons and was mad at her for not doing the same. So much so one of them said to her “you are dead to me”. But now they claim they’re filming the show in her honor. How egregious.

Tamar talking bout no one tells her anything, BECAUSE SHE ACTS OUT. With Kevin being arrested, so eager to know what is not on her plate. Toni shouldn’t be on here she barely here, Towanda and Trina are just here because they have to pay rent.

They are something else. Why did the husband say he didn’t know that they were filming when they were in the house so called spending time with her. I personally don’t think Traci was dealing with them like that. She didn’t want her husband to tell them that she was sick.

The court documents showed that Traci only declined for her sorority organization to commemorate her passing. The documents also showed that Big Kevin was allowed to have a funeral for Traci how he saw fit as well as disseminate her ashes to her sisters. The other lie was Lil Kev got all of the benefits from Traci. Big Kevin also received some benefits from Traci. Lil Kev was the heir. So, that's why Lil Kev was the Executor.

You made some very valid points in this review. 1- Why not attend any service someone holds for your loved one if the service is to honor and remember them? 2- Could this seasons focus on Traci's death be an alterior motive for the shows focus on them being super "supportive" aunties. In one of the episodes he actually told them as a man he needs to figure some things out for himself, and after losing his mom he is extremely vulnerable to any and everyone so support him yes, but it looks more like they are trying to convince him they want to help so he does not disconnect from them the way his mom did. Which brings me to another point- 3- Why did Traci NOT tell two of her sisters she was dying? That sounds deeper than not wanting to "bother" someone. When you know you are in your final days, that is really your last time to be "selfish",especially when you know your days and hours are limited. You want to spend as much time as you can with those you truly love, but if the mother, brothers, father and some of the sisters were sworn to secrecy - that sounds like Traci did not want to be bothered with the sisters she did not tell even in her last days. What I also want to know is why their relationship with Traci's husband is so combative? Even when he's been in disagreement with the sisters in previous seasons it looked like he remained much calmer than Traci did when she expressed her anger towards them, so how do you honor Traci and then NOT support the man Traci chose to be her life partner? At least come together to support him and the nephew for one last time bc that was Traci's core family unit. I'm struggling to empathize for the sisters this season and really not connecting much with what is happening this season bc so far they do little deep diving into what they are doing in their personal lives. It's all about grief counseling and how can we support "scratchy" as if a nickname comes off more loving. Alex Murdoch kept referring to his son as "paw-paw" in his murder trial and the jury still convicted him. Yes, we only see a reduced amount of footage when they do reality shows but if this is the best they got after being off air a few years it's looking like their individual lives are not exciting enough to show OR they used their sisters death as a selling point to get another season.

I've been meaning to watch this new season, but I always find something better to watch😅. Between Tamar's social media BS and me hearing this season exploits Traci (allegedly), I haven't missed anything. I was turned off by these ladies the season the show went away. I get low-key mean girl vibes from the Braxtons.

Traci was sick of them playing in her face. I feel like she didn’t tell Toni because her and Tamar are close. She didn’t want to risk it getting out probably. Traci's husband really loved his wife. You can see it and you can feel it. If he was not in the will it probably because Traci thought he might not be able to handle the finances well (e.g. maybe he gambles or something). We also know how much Traci saw him as her source of comfort.

I saw a video about the will. It’s public record. Traci did want a funeral so it’s crazy how they are acting. She didn’t want certain aspects at her funeral but she didn’t document that she didn’t want a funeral!

Traci had a memorial and not a funeral. Those are two different things. Traci did have certain things she wanted in her will such as being cremated right after and that her body to not be shown because she didn’t want people crying over her. Her husband was in the guidelines of what she wanted. Just because she wrote that in her will doesn’t mean she didn’t have private conversations with Big Kevin. He and his family deserved to celebrate Traci. I just hate that they are disrespecting Traci yet again by trying to change the narrative because they know damn well they didn’t treat Traci right. Am I the only one that noticed that Kevin Sr. said something about them telling Traci to get an abortion? I don't think it was really them leaving her that was her problem, I think she was bothered that her own sisters told her to get an abortion as if her baby didn't matter even though Trina already had one. In the midst of feeling as though they felt her baby didn't matter she possibly began to see/feel that she didn't matter which would explain why it was so hard for her to let it go. Which it bothers me that they wanna be all about her son now, but could have possibly been the main one telling her not to have him and makes it make sense as to why they never had been to her house and why the resent her husband. They look at him as if he's the problem when it seems like he was the only willing to listen to and protect Traci.

The Will is public information. It actually says that she didn't want a big, ceremonial style funeral thrown by her sorority sisters. I forgot what the cult she was in is called. But she didn't want THOSE LADIES "throwing" her a funeral. That's what it said. They should've just ordered a copy of the doc before filming the show. They wouldn't look so stupid right now.

I really don’t understand why Traci had them around her during her last days. I’m the scapegoat of my family too…I never would’ve told any of them. Only my husband and child.
