the Executive branch is not made of just one man. Biden has probably one of the best teams around him, has selected his cabinet well, knows his military leaders well, and his 50 years of relationship building on the Hill is more important than one bad debate. I saw it for what it was. The man was exhausted from all the recent traveling. I'm 5 years younger and know for a fact, stress and exhaustion take a toll. I'm Biden all the way. United Kingdom election - Watching live on TV the declaration of the vote for many of the over 600 electorates in the UK the winning candadate always made a brief acceptance speach which always started with thanking and congratulating the election officials for doing such a good job and secondly they thanked the losing encumbent for doing a so much to support their electorate. Losing encumbent always congratulated the winner and in some cases offered to do all they could to help the winning member with the transition. The new British Prime Minister thanked the losing PM and called him a decent man. Its a beautiful thing to see democracy working at its best with the smooth transition of power from one government to another. Its gloriously boring. .
