Doesn't Dhar realise that it is his actors performances on screen that has allowed him to live the life style he has. Practice what you preach Dhar, "treat your fellow humans with kindness and respect"
This was so professional of you, you didn’t down grade anyone you said what you and the group have done professionally to get across your message. Although I truly love watching the inspiring videos, I am saddened to hear that you have not been able to have your meeting. My kids and I watched every Dhar Mann video and this is heartbreaking. You've been one of our favorite actors. Prayers that things change and you guys are appreciated because its your faces who brings us these messages. It kind of feels like family is being done wrong here and it hurts.

We all have seen dhar going on expensive vacations and doing fun little challenges with the actors and thought he was sweet and kind. I mean he is the boss of dhar mann-where we learn good morals.We never knew he was so bad to the actors/actress. You guys can team up and create your own videos if you'd like. Wow! I can not say I'm surprised. It's so sad you guys have been there from the beginning. You helped make this what it is. But l8ke most companies they seem to forget who helped them out in the beginning. You guys have our lives and support. You deserve better.
They got paid an amount agreed to. They did a job and got compensation. That was the extent of their involvement in building the company. None of these complainers are anything but employees. The owner made it all possible. If they stop working they get replaced.
I remember, I went somewhere to get food (won’t disclose the name), and I actually met a Dhar Mann actor there. They (my friends) were very confused why an actor would be working a second job, until I told them they were a youtube actor. I was also confused, because I assumed Dhar Mann actors were well paid based off the expensive sets, huge studio, and Dhar Mann’s wealth. After watching this, I’m shocked and understanding on why the actress was working as a waiter. (I would like to clarify I am not judging her in any way. I totally understand her difficulties and know she doesn’t have many options.) This is also why a lot of the actors work for Totally Studios too.
Some actors working on totally studios, actually if you research totally studios the first channel was called totally TV where they did cosplaying, and super pops and than it turned onto totally wow and totally studio some worked for dhar Mann
I just think this is messed up, you guys deserve respect. And for us the crowd we see the actors. And I don’t blame you guys for leaving. You are on the videos, your the characters. Like in Stranger Things, We care for the characters and they impact on us and how we live. But the fact that they are stealing all the credit is just terrible. I would hate to see you guys go. You all have my support. I really thought he was taking care of all of you. So disappointed to hear this. He always told us viewers that the studio is growing because of the employees and he will always take care of his employees.
If you don’t understand Dhar Mann underpayed his actors, would fire them for disability’s, would also fire them for them trying to talk to him, and took down the Carl Mural (The Carl Mural was put on the side of the studio after a actor sadly passed away from covid. It was put there to surprise the actors wife.) Also most of main characters have been fired I’ll tell you who has been fired. Shaun Dixon (Jay) Kaido Lee Roberts (Mikey) Brianni Walker (Poor/Rich/Daughter) Neela Jolene (Alicia) Mair Mulroney (Spoiled Girlfriend) Shauntè Massard (Mom) Sofia Chicorelli Serna (Daughter) Colin Borden (showed in video) Vinn Sander (Any) Chas Laughlin (Chad) Carlos Chavez sadly quit, and some more. But most fired actors are trying to cancel him.
Hope you guys can get things sorted. It's illegal for Dhar to fire you for negotiating your pay. As a contractor it's your right to negotiate your pay. That the main difference from being an employee. Love your work Colin.
I'm so sorry you're all having to deal with this. This mindset is the reason why, back when I was a professional actor, I joined SAG/AFTRA and Equity. They could be a pain in the tuchus sometimes, but they had my back when I needed them. And I was able to earn a living as a performer.

He needs to stop hiding and do the meeting. This is unprofessional of a manager to not show up, no communication, and pushing the meeting out. All of you deserve better than this. I wish you all the best of luck.
he wasnt actually requested to be there. they asked to speak to other people but he was not actually invited to the meeting. There is a chain of command. you talk to HR first, then it goes to the higher up. They didnt like that HR was handling the initial complaints. They stormed out of the meeting. Dhar reached out after he found out the actors would not speak to HR and demanded he be there and they refused to tell him any of their complaints. and i am sorry if you cant keep quiet on set while they are filming then yes you need to go. those microphone booms pick up every little sound and I am sure they were told repeatedly to be quiet while filming. you cant follow simple directions you get told to leave. simple. they kept disrupting filming. bye bye.

I knew something like this was happening. I hope they're not only using people to get millions and have a luxurious life and forget the workers who are the real deal in this business. They deserve their rewards too.

This is really so sad...I watch the videos not because they are by Dhar or because of the storyline...I watch because of the actors... I love every single one of you.. so much talent in every video. I hope you get a pay raise that you deserve.

Too see Dhar Mann usually be at the end of the video telling messages about the story, to not being in the videos at all tells me that something was already going on
Collin seems so sweet I just can't get over how or why a boss that makes videos about other toxic bosses and abusive of power I feel like he is exploiting his actors because without them he has no team for the videos I for one am standing behind them.

Tbh I never thought Dhar was a kind person. Just a wrong vibe there... You are a kind person I can tell - and I like all the actors. I hope you will be very fine. If I were you I would start my own studio making videos all together with the rest of a cree! We come and watch to see you all not to see Dhar telling some morals at the end (this was always cringey).
