I’ve been hesitating to share this. But here it is. I want to be real and not be fake when being on social media. Here is the real reason why I am back in Thailand.

Sorry to hear that meiyusing. Health is the #1 important on any list. I did not believe that until i got so sick. Meditation help calms my mind and body down. Helps out a lot for me. Hope you get better friend, hang tight. Your new friend and Sub😻😻

Meiyu, know that you are not alone. Mental health is a real issue and not many people talk about it. I myself suffer from anxiety and I even had to be prescribe medicine for it. In time, it got better without the meds and I’m happier than I can be. I hope the same for you and lifting you up in my prayers! You are so loved!! ♥️

Glad you are taking care of yourself first. I truly know how it feels, being that I have illness myself and having been forced to sacrifice so much because of it... But your health IS a priority. Never sacrifice it for school, work or any other obligations in life. In the process; love God and keep growing spiritually through this season... God is faithful and will teach you so many things through it. Keep being courageous, it'll all work out the way it's supposed to. God's got our backs!
