If you are a business enthusiast, the odds that you will fall in love with A&E's Shipping Wars are very high. Aside from the comedic scenes which made many glued to their screen, the educative part of the show didn’t go unnoticed.
I would say I have to read a couple of articles online to understand what auction is all about, but the viewers of Shipping Wars have it served to them on a golden plate.
Shipping Wars TV show is all about how owners of freight companies bid for jobs on one of the largest online auction sites. Basically, the lowest bid wins the task, but occasionally the task will be awarded to a higher bidder, provided the company has a good reputation.
Shipping Wars debuted in 2012 before it ended in 2015, spanning seven seasons with over 100 episodes of the comedy, business, and work relationship.
The way most people value the show which aired on A&E is based on perceptions -for some viewers, it's all about the huge items being shipped; for some viewers, it is about the dumb acts of Jarret Joyce, and for some viewers, it's about how auction transaction takes place.
So, for viewers with the comedic perception and those with the business perception, it all ended in 2015, and the main reason why Shipping Wars came to a sudden end remains a mystery for the viewers the show garnered through the years. What is the real reason why shipping ended? Let’s find out!

I have started the show only a year ago when they started showing it on a German tv channel..Loved this show mainly because of Roy..May he Rest in Peace💟

Roy, Jared, Jen, Mark were the good shippers outside of them. Everybody else came and went. Couples came and go. The worst of the couples that couldn’t ship anything worth crap was jersey shore. I loved watching the comedy shipping of Jersey shore. If Jared could show them how to ship that would be great.

It came back in November 2021, but none of the original cast are there and they changed the format around. Not even worth watching.

I love this show. I found out about it as of recent and I wish it was still going on. Even if some of the stuff was fake. The episodes was always a wild ride.

Chris and Robbie have a yacht transportation business for select clients, and had this business before joining the show. But now that, and raising their kids is their main focus.

Your comprehension skills are something to be experienced. It ran for 7 SEASONS, not years. There can and often are, more than one SEASON per year. Maybe keep your mouth shut so you don't make yourself come across as even more ignorant

I didn't even know Roy died until a new season aired and I didn't see Roy. I googled it and found out he died and stopped watching it cause his personality matched mine. Jack of all trades and took his work seriously because his name and his reputation was on everything he did.

You should really not use a comically photo shopped pic of Roy out of respect to the deceased. He literally passed right around time the series ended. Or use a real and formal picture of Roy instead of the comical one on here. You do put him a good light within your video, but the Pic is dehumanizing and cartoonish, as if being on TV does not dehumanize ppl in viewers' eyes enough already. TV objectifies all things; especially ppl on tv.

I was so excited when they announced it was coming back…then I watched it and it was TERRIBLE. Roy, Jen, Jared and Marc were my favs. Funny thing is Chris and Robbie claim to not know why they were “kicked off” but I read there were child ….. allegations against a Christopher Hanna👀👀 🤔
