One of the more thoughtful interviews I have seen in a while. I'm taking my inaugural flight from Pasco, WA, to Burbank, CA, next month. Hoping for a great experience. I guess I should add that I purchased the +2" seats and it was $89 each way. I prepaid for one checked bag each way, which is $35/flight. I bought one of those drawstring backsacks to carry my tablet on board, because even my smallest backpack is too big, according to the website, to be seen as a personal item, and Avelo does charge for carry-on pieces.
