Carbon Plaza Mall is a very small local place with a teensy hallway in the center. Most of the property is outward facing but the indoor hallway is the charming part we are documenting today. There isn't much and you can digest the whole thing in 5 minutes, but it's a comfy place to hang out if you're a local and get some essentials taken care of.
