Konig, MOMO, Motegi, Enkei, all oldhead wheels that the new “kids” in the scene seem to question. Loved my Konigs and my Motegi’s on my 97 Civic and 03 Civic si back in the day lol
I stepped out of the car scene for about a decade and when I came back I was wondering what happened to my old favorites. lol I’m glad I’m not the only one who respects the OGs. Ha
I grew up with these brands on NFS in the early 2000s. And just last week I finally bought my first aftermarket wheels for my 8th gen Si after 7+ years. I went with Dekagrams. Getting them mounted next week hopefully after car is repainted👍🏼
I have a set of Konig Oversteer and they’re great. I’ve hit my fair share of potholes living in the northeast and they’ve held up without cracking or bending, and I’m also running a 35 side profile in my tires
Loved my Konig wheels I bought over 10 years ago! Have recently been looking at a set of ampliforms for my new car, pricing is all over the place with identical wheels 5x114.3 @ $360 and 5x120 @ $720 it puts them right into Work and Enkei territory. However one thing that stays true is you can’t beat an old school wheel manufacturer!

@@luckyboyyt8582 Hypergrams are definitely lighter than dekagrams. I like them! It’s a solid strong wheel just like most of konig’s wheels. I’ve been running them for a year now on my audi S3 and so far is great
Loved my Konig Dekagram's on my former 335i. Strong, sturdy, affordable, and looked great....used them as my track wheels. I would have picked up a set for my current vehicle, but unfortunately they didn't have any that fit (when I was looking).
Bought some hypergrams back in December for my wrx. Car feels so much lighter on its feet. Honestly great wheel that checks every single box Price/Looks/Weight/Fitment/Availability
Was very close to putting Konigs on my VW MkIII as a kid, but ended up getting some Borbet LS wheels instead. To this day they were some of my favorites. Light and beautiful.
The Konig Tantrum (along with it's doppelganger, the Motegi MR7) was my all time favorite wheel back in the day. Jesse's Jetta also featured a set of them in the original The Fast and the Furious movie.
"Which Konig wheel is your favorite." Konig Tandem. Simple and slick 6 spokes, Gloss Black. Easy to clean, even behind the spokes. Just as i was ready for buying them they weren't in my preferred size, ended up with my next go-to, the Konig Lockouts for my '15 jetta. same finish in 17s plus some protection due to spokes being inset from the lip a little. Still rollin strong to this day
Was about to get some Enkei Triumphs 18 by 9.5 for my 2024 Ignition Red Limited WRX but just ordered Konig Ampliforms instead. I hope I don’t regret this decision…
I run 18x8 Konig Runlites on my WRX. 245/40/18 Continental Sport SRS+ With the +35 offset they are almost perfectly flush if not like .5mm of poke. They're amazing. Look and feel great. I work in a tire shop, you'd be surprised how many wheels come out of the box with a bend. Either from manufacturing or shipping. I barely had to put any weight on them when balancing and the wheels are super easy to clean.
I bought a set of Hypergrams in Charcoal w/ polished lip from Fitment Industries for my Highland Green LS3-swapped Miata, and they're awesome! I repeatedly get compliments on the look, and I appreciate the light weight for the performance.
Y’all should do an in depth review on the Konig Heliums. There isn’t enough content out about them and they’re extremely affordable. I can’t decide if I want them or if I wanna spend double the money on rpf1’s and it’s killing me 😢
Question: are cheap lowering springs worth it over a full suspension kit. I have a rsx and I only want to hit the back roads/touge with it. I don’t need it for any auto cross, etc.
Got some konig deceptions for my 01 is300. My all time favorite wheel brand since i was a kid. Solid choice for really any kind of build. They got just about everything for anything
I've had 2 sets of Konig candy's on my 95 civic Ej1 and 97 civic ek on Falken and they were great, they never bent on potholes and other crap in the road.
Just grabbed a set of near mint Konig Elan wheels for my mk2 vdub! Konig rep said they've been discontinued for about 20 years now but they look right at home on my old school dub. Guy I got them from had them on an old CRX and when I got them this still had the original set of period correct nitto tires on them.

I finally got my project car running again. A sweet little great condition '01 BMW 330Ci that's been draining my wallet for over a year. Now I finally get to look at the pretty stuff, and I'm seriously torn between Momo Etnas and Kansei Tandems. Now I'm looking at Konigs. Thanks guys.
Konigs mainline wheels are super dominent here in NZ. So many cars running Konig Control because they're dirt cheap and just decent on so many cars. I've got a set on my Honda Fit that cost me less than most second hand wheels.
I’m running konig rewinds on my Miata right now and they give a nice classic roadster look and are significantly lighter than the daisies Miata’s come with
I have Konig Hypergrams in carbon metallic with machined lip on my BRZ; super dope!! I don't think I've seen these on a BRZ before so i'm happy how they turned out
I use to have a set of Konig crosshairs in gun metal around 06 05, and o man what a great wheel, it could stand hard abusive use in mexico streets and that for me tells a lot about the quality.
This year, I’m super excited to see what Toyota has coming with the GR Corolla as well as what Mazda has in the works for either motorsports or for the Mazda 3 as I currently own a 2021 hatch myself and I heard there’s talk of a redesign in the next year or two.
i bought my St1 used and it came with konig ultra forms that were a little beat up but i loved them and ended up replacing them with konig lockouts and for $700 i couldn't ask for anything better in looks and reliability
I haven’t seen enough konigs to tell what my favorite wheel is, but I just put some heliums on my civic and I don’t think I could’ve gone with something better 👍🏻
I have a set of Konig Lace that I run with studs in the winter and F1R F21's that I run the rest of the year. The Konig's look nice and we're priced so good I had to get them.

I have a set of Konigs on my NC Miata that my brother bought for his prelude back in 2011. They are pretty bent and shake real bad a interstate speeds but it’s fine🥲😂
