I think making the “scent package” of the set the way you are going is a great idea - you don’t want your trap to stand out -scent wise from the rest of the area - good stuff man

If you form your trap bed correctly, you don't need to do all that work, and peat will work. You don't need a big dug up area.

How much wax do you use for say a five gallon bucket of sand? I'm just going to load up 5 gallon buckets and dump it on a tarp and spread that wax over it, i've heard different opinions of how much.

Great video but I agree with Heith about your fingers. ha ha. Will be trying waxed dirt this fall for the first time as nothing else works.

How did you do this year Jake ? I hauled off my pelts 3 weeks ago , I heard they cancelled the first auction. All the Lots will be sold in March.

You WILL catch yourself in your trap if you keep that up. Be sure to carry a good pair of wire cutters with you.
