Hi guys I have recently given neet ug 2022 and I'm scoring a good mark to get a Govt MBBS seat in my state. It was my 5th drop . Rarely students have that courage to go so far as i have gone through. The 5 year journey has completely transformed me . My mental condition,my way of thinking,my way to handle stress is Far way changed in this journey. My friends are currently completing study and applying for a good job with a handsome pay and here I'm preparing for 1yr MBBS life. May be for the word I'm a looser but i know that what i get in this long journey of failure and failure. I'm thankful to the almighty for making me strong from inside to handle the stress, anxiety, depression, failure, Suicidal thoughts, and many more things.And this 5 year of LIFE LESSONS will definitely help me for the remaining 50/60 year to be a Strong human to face ANY circumstances in my life... In thousands of students there are just few cases of suicides and media always highlights it. Don't be afraid about stress most of the people can manage, few students can't. In fact in 10th standard many of students comit suicide where everything is easy. So don't be afraid you'll do it.
I'm not against u opting for mbbs it's good but don't say something like media is highlighting more even the highlighted cases are far less than the actual no of cases we as a society should have the awareness about these things mental health etc think about those who have lost their loved ones if u really love any proffesion and want to persue it at any cost u shouldn't be insecure of its negative sides. all the best👍💯
I know all the words you highlighted in this video, my mom is doctor and she used to work 10+3 hour with nightduty in gov hospital and just saw the books she had during her mbbs days which was quite unacceptable compared to our neet ug syllabus but motivates me that saving a life is the most worthy things that one can do in their life with this mentality every not only thousand books cannot suppress our spirit.
People are like AIIMS this AIIMS that but they never talk about the unglorified side of med school-anxiety, panic disorder, insomnia, depression and they just keep talking about the beauty of a stethoscope or a white coat until reality strikes them on the first day of their medical college. My advice as an mbbs student : ✓ Don't blindly choose medical as your profession ( choose only if you are really dedicated) ✓ What you studied in neet, is not even 1% of the mbbs course ✓ You will hardly get any time to explore new skills ( unlike engineering college) ✓ It is a very long course if u see mbbs + md + speciality (>20 yrs for establishing ur position) So if u put this whole 20 yrs in developing some skill that u are interested, u will definitely succeed more ( also in financial terms). The main reason for so many kids to choose neet is cause of parents. Parents like mine think that the only way to be successful is by either being a doctor or engineer. I am too forced to choose between the two, I wanted to take commerce but they said it is for less performing students. I hate it and now I have to write something I hate. I like to become a ca and enter the cooperate world. Parents need to change their mindset

When we choose our careers it is very important that we are informed about both the good and bad side of the profession. While motivating students for NEET we are repeatedly told about the amazing life in medical College, which is only partially true there are a lot of struggles involved adjusting in a new environment studying 50 times more syllabus than neet in every year. We are not told about the working hours or toxicity during internship 24/36 hour duties at times twice a week, just putting up images of young doctors on social media with stethoscope by the side paints a false picture in the mind of aspirants who are taking 4/5 drops to secure a seat.
If in mbbs there is no time to spend on creative works as you say...then how can you make so much youtube videos ...and post them on regular basis ...or everything is exception to you 🍁

My friend told me a few days ago that, if you dont score good marks in final mbbs you cant work in the hospital where u were studying. Which is why 90% mbbs students go for neet pg. Means u will still be jobless without pg.

@@KrishanuBaruah tumar ei situation tu muru asil.. engineering lou ne medical r karone drop diu..then i decided to go for a drop because mur feel hoisil je i was not satisfied with my preparation and 2019 t gap kom paisilu between HS exam aru NEET..so moi 1 yr drop disilu..but i attempted all the exams... Tumi jodi medical pohar bohut mon ase then i think u should go for a drop and prepare well because i feel tumi jodi try nkora then future t tumi regret koriba for not trying...I wish u all the very best 😊

I'm already in my final year exams. But I want to get out of this field. I want to do something I'd actually love to do. Not study for 10 years. I've already wasted 4 years of my life. No part time jobs even. Just studies. I really need to get myself a part time job and want to work multiple jobs. Money doesn't matter to me as much as convenience and my overall wellbeing.
One suggestion to you, please don't COMPARE mbbs with other degrees. I mean, engineering is not easy too. My brother studies in IIT, I know how hard he has to study, though not everyday, but he needs to study. After completing engineering too, it is not easy to get a job with a good salary. Else, why are there lakhs of students still unemployed. Believe it or not, there are unplayed students in top IITs too. I am saying this cuz my cousins have pursued MBBS and my aunt always says engineering is easy and mbbs is really tough. I know the truth in second part but engineering is not a bed of roses either.

I'm an IITian and in free time we often discuss that hume to placements ki tension hoti hai but agar ekbar govt medical college mil jaye fir to apni clinic kholke v paise kama sakte hain, life is sorted after neet. Fact Update: In IITs and NITs, the semester is of 4 months and has 2 sets (10 theory papers) of exams inside it (labs apart). So, 7 weeks from 1st class till exam... hence, obviously people who study 2 weeks before just pass the semester.
I believe you should encourage the students not to demotivate... My brother is in the Army and he is border 24*7.... If you have a life you must have challenges...
Hai bro...it is always better to know the other side of the coin for every profession. But it should not make the upcoming student to create a self doubt and depress for their decision. You should have told more prons of the mbbs and despite all those dark side you should have encourage the students to take up this profession. It is not that nobody could do.every year thousands of Dr are passing out in india ...they managed to handle these things and moved on. Dark side are there in every profession. Am an Iitian ,the curriculum is so stressful and so many students are committng to sucide and college drop out are there every year. Despite of all this i give my best in every situation and passed out of the institute. Who ever the upcoming graduates i just want to give one suggestion...choose your profession with passion then any hurdles may come you would go forward.who ever highly motivated .. opt this. Tbh every niche is difficult,it's just that you have to choose your difficult,if you think you can do rigorous studies for 12+ years even after your 12th, go for it. If you have it in your heart that you want to become a doc,no matter whether the profession is respectful or not,go for it. Don't just think of becoming a doc just becuz it'll give you white coat, stethoscope, respect. They're all great but with that there are also night shifts,extreme fomo,not being able to save a life, tension and stress. These both go hand in hand,if you can go through the bad things,then good things are all yours. But if you're in for a happy ride in med school, oh no don't choose this profession!
