The Really Long DRAGON CON 2013 Video - 40 Minutes of Cosplay 

The more I watch this, the more I realize that there's a hidden context where friends get together for a weekend, then it's a sad farewell until next year. The value of friendship has never been portrayed so strongly in a cosplay video until now.

Your Dragon Con 2012 video is what made me go this year. Literally. I watched the "Really really long Dragon Con 2012 video" so many times. The atmosphere and amazement of the whole event are captured brilliantly in your videos. Dragon Con was exactly what I was expecting this year: EPIC. Anyone watching this video can be assured in knowing that the feeling, and the chills you get from seeing these scenes are and will be recreated in-person at Dragon Con.It is a most excellent experience. Those final shots of the empty hotel almost moved me to tears. That space is filled with so much energy and joy and then *poof*. It's like nothing ever happened. It's surreal.

This video... All this Cons, all this Cosplays, everything is awesome... Seriously... All the happiness, the effort put into their Cosplays... This is just the best thing ever...

I love these people. Look how much effort they put in their costumes. Every single one is awesome♥ But the one that made me laugh really hard was the Sharknado xD I hope I can visit a Dracon Con in a few years :)

Last year was my first Dragon Con, and this video always brings back those wonderful feelings I had. I can't help but get choked up whenever Silver plays--your song list for this video was on point, no doubt. I'm so stoked for this year! I just need to stop being addicted to this video, since it never makes me feel placated, only more amped. XD

Ok. That's it. I am going to Dragoncon 2014, this video has pushed me past the breaking point. Just by watching this vid I am convinced that it isn't possible to not have fun there. I get chills every time i watch this vid and see all of the amazing costumes. Now I just have to put together a costume worthy of Dragoncon!

I have never been to Dragon Con but seeing your videos every year makes me want to go more and more. The Guys and Girls behind Beatdownboogie does a great job showing what Cosplay and Conventions are all about. Thank You for making me feel I was there even when I'm not.

You probs wont read this but Beat down Boogie you have no idea how happy this and the past 2 Dragon con vids have made me. You capture the atmosphere so beautifully and it brings a tear to my eye on how perfect the experience must be. So i just want to say thanks for making these videos because it really does have an effect on people like me more than you might think! One day i will join you and the rest of the Cosplayers but for now i remain on the other side of the world, but one day. Promise!

I love these 40 minute videos they're so cool to watch. Occasionally my dad joins in too and we watch it on the Apple tv together for inspiration because we're both Halloween fanatics and love building costumes/props. Thanks beatdown!

You guys really do some of the most amazing videos. It's not too many videographers that don't just chase the elites around anymore, but you guys really focus on the average cosplayer and the fun times had.

I luv watching things like this because it's fun to see how people can really fuse reality and fantasy into one and that people can come together to show their creativity and have fun

there were some fantastic costumes there! I saw some of my friends in there. Great camerawork/editing btw

There are dozens of people making these vids out there, but you guys definitely set the bar. I rewatch them throughout the year and it's what gets me through to the next Dragon*Con. I'd be lying if I said it wasn't a goal to make it into one some day. Keep it up!
