I’m not going to be talking about Chuck Palahniuk in this video. It might sound stupid to not bring up the person who wrote the original book, but I don’t know the guy.
And the honest-to-God truth is… I couldn’t give a flying fuckerknuckle sandwich about his opinion.

I know, but if he said this book was a metaphor for why midgets shouldn’t be allowed in society, it wouldn’t change my thoughts on the book or film.
This film represents its own point, the meaning of which is left to each individual to interpret. That’s art.
