You are citing limitations and regulations. The whole point of partnering with reliance is that reliance dictates the laws. Don't worry about Blackrock, Worry about our country. Blackrock will literally own Indian financanial market in a few years. This is colonialism 2.0. Just like the British initially partnered with Indian Kings, Blacrock is partnering with current Indian King -Ambani

@@dipangshukundu5704what you are saying is already done by everyone. Literally all SIPs are done like this. Have you not heard of NACH.?? Also this is not under SEBI. This is regulated by RBI. What you are saying is just SIP. And every MF does SIP. What is so diruptive about it?? MFs are not telecom or wifi or grocery where you buy from cheaper option. This is people's saved money invested. And most people in India are so protective that they don't even invest and keep money in the bank or FDs. Only way to disrupt is good name and better returns and better past track record. They have good name, black rock have past track record. And now they have to give returns. Even if people invest in starting and they didn't give return people will simply switch. How many people are going to say that "mar jaonga, barbaad ho jaonga but money mota bhai ke MF mein hi daalunga"

I don't have any idea about BlackRock future but very positive on jio financial. Because the group behind this is named RIL and the man Mukesh Ambani. You said one thing wrong, nowadays people in India always try to invest in mutual funds through renowned brands and JFS is a brand by birth. India's best management team hired by Ambani is the backbone of the company with a Diversified distribution system. RU-vidrs and analysts are now showing negativity but after three to four years they will invest maximum time to reward this type of company through their RU-vid channel or TV. Hahaha...

In MF industry. Distribution network is king. Any finance manager can invest in top 30-100 companies. But MFs are about distribution. That is why largest MFs are largest banks. Small companies advertise online and get chillars which are left by banks network to GenZ who see these advertisement during RU-vid videos and invest. But compared to banks network these online people are just 2-3%. That is why all these small AMC have small AUM. After some time if they gave better returns than more people connect. In investment, return is what matters. But still returns can only catch people who are online. Whereas banks can sell them to any bank account holder. By explaining them their own MF only.

Bro selling sims is different from selling mutual funds. Big companies do not adopt same strategies for every product. Obviously Reliance knows or will know how to sell MF in India and they will strategise for the same as well. Giving sims free doesn’t mean that they will give mutual funds free also. They will adopt a differing strategy. You should know that. Also, Blackrock is no joke. It’s a behemoth. So both Jio and Blackrock will have the power and knowhow on how to sell MF and how to attract investors towards them. One more thing, Jio already has hundreds of millions of customers for their telecom market, imagine if only 5% of them start investing in Jio Blackrock. Just imagine the amount of assets they can manage.
