We use sit downs, and we have a bucket and grabber, so we dont have to get on and off the mower for trash or small limbs. Works great!

Stand up mowers will bet you to death. My go to for 10 years was my Gravely 27 HP liquid cooled Kawasaki motor with a 6 foot and a hydraulic adjust deck. That thing was so comfortable, fast, and so reliable. I had a stand up and they are too much work period.

Appreciate your thoughts on it! Like I said, everyone is different and as I have used the stander I have felt more comfortable on them vs the sit down option in my opinion which is just that. I am glad you have your machine that works wonders for you! Sounds like you have a hell of a machine, I may have to look into the Gravely stuff.

Stand ons are not for me. Thoe i do see a huge demand for them

I think stand-ons are great... if you're young. I'm over 60, and it takes 2 hrs for me to mow on my sit-down ZTR, plus trim time (when I stand). With a stand-on, I'd be standing for over 3 hrs. Not happening.

Completely understand that point! We still run sit downs for our bigger sites for the exact reason you are mentioning. The reason I prefer the stander is for the majority of our companies residential clients. Efficiency wise I just think they are better on those types of properties. But I completely understand your point as well!

I'm 55 and knees ankles hips and lower back can't take all that beating😢
