I've seen more than 400 chinese and korean dramas combined and this drama tops my best drama so far along with ten miles of peach blossom. This is, by far, the best drama ive seen. Everything is so perfect, from the storyline to the actors, cinematography, costumes and OST. I still can't get over the drama even after a month ive done watching it. I hope i can find another drama as good as this one soon. Im scanning through drama and still cant find a good one for now.
The best historical drama I have seen in a long time! Beautiful cinematography, amazing cast of actors, you can see the production value. It feels like a super long movie. The music is amazing and catchy.

Zhou yiwei is such a perfect fantasy general in this drama...he reminded me of the perfect gentleman Mr. Chairman in the movie geisha that zhang ziyi was in....
This takes first place on my all-time favourite Chinese historical (costume) drama knocking 'The King's Woman' (秦时丽人明月心) down to second place. What an amazing drama with an awesome cast of seasoned actors, excellent cinematography, soul-stirring music/songs, etc etc Simply amazing!

Very unique drama .. nice plot story .. here Zhang Zi Yi of course no doubts for her performances .. her auras bring drama more lively like grand movie ..
