Rosemary, salt, black pepper, paprika
1-1.2 kg pork
approx. 300 ml mineral water
Let marinate for 30 minutes

3-4 tablespoons sour cream, 2 tablespoons mayonnaise

250-300 g mushrooms
1 bell pepper
2 yellow tomatoes
Cover with damp parchment and foil
Bake for about 60 minutes at 200°C
