The most important thing go to a highschool were you are a favorite or you know the coach or related to the coach cause in highschool its favoritism and they also may try to make you play a position in which you not going to get highly recruited like if you are not that big and they have you playing linebacker.
just finished my senior year where they made me play outside line backer, and at the time i was about 150-160 pounds, luckily i was still able to get 7 offers
@@gregorydavis8699 i’ll save you the time because the other ones are pretty small, but the biggest one is got was from Vermont State University which is Division 3
I know this is two years ago but damn this is great information as well. Very down-to-earth and definitely will subscribe and look for more stuff from you. If you haven't already please do a video and describe your ups and Downs. A few stories please of your down moments
Thank you for being straight up with us, im going into my last middle school year and i'm really trying to start being noticed or even just seen by coaches. My name is Emmett.
This my Last year of high school I missed last year due to losing my brother now going to a whole new school but I just pray if I put in the work god works a miracle
Love to see the videos but can you do like a weekly work out because I don’t have any workouts to do in the gym so could you like help me with that because I’m trying to make my dream come true
Is joining the ncsa worth it ? They seem to have links to so many colleges and the entire coaching staff. It is hella expensive for ncsa membership. I am a Canadian tryn to go over to USA college system.
Also how does a walk on work? Like I know you basically play football for them without a scholarship and get the chance to earn one but how are you able to walk on? Do you need to pay to get into the school because I don’t have the money for that.
Does the non participating Parental unit(s) play a large part to a very good student -athlete (top 4 player at his high school) NOT receiving any offers? If so, what can WE do to help this process and to get more college recognition?
Get your parents on board. Tell them this is your goal and your dream and this is what you strive for. And if you don’t have help like that. I’m sorry. Buddy up to your coaches real quick. Cuz their word goes a long way.
Parents are definitely a big help when they believe in you! And don't even need to buddy up to the coaches but don't be surprised if they don't vouch for you if you're lazy, have a bad attitude, late, selfish etc.
