Welcome to today's video folks...Hope you enjoy it. Over exposed it a bit like an idiot again...Sun came out half way through but what can you do? There's an incredible home-cooked creation coming this Sunday and another undefeated restaurant challenge this time next week, so I hope you can join me for those videos. Mrs Beard and I are getting ready to fly out to New Orleans in a week's time for the ACME Oyster World Championships, so if there's a particular food/restaurant/brand you'd like to see me try while we're out there, let me know in the comments....Oh, and not Popeye's...Never Popeye's ;)
