Another top video mate and the ute, looks mad. I still remember the ovenmate and i think the draw fridge you put in your old ute when you went to Gippsland, some time ago. Great to see you making videos again. Different episodes.
Thanks Sam, yeah the hilux setup was great. We put a lot of that gear in the Nissan to be able to get offroad more often. Now time to start the build on the LC300
Really enjoyed the scenery there Laura, memories of our 5 week caravan trip with the kids in 2006. Alice, Uluṟu, Coober Pedy Griffith, Cobar etc. Drown the cold 🤪
Really enjoying your trip ,hopefully you can kick the colds soon makes things so much harder when you don’t feel well, long days on the road driving are really taxing and unfortunately accommodations can be hard to find,my wife and I drove back to Adelaide from Perth got to Ceduna was buggered but had to keep driving until poochera another 100 or so kilometres down the road as we had our dog a old English and weren’t allowed to stay in the cabin at the Ceduna caravan park the dog had to stay outside, not happening so we ended up in a old caravan behind the pub ,was the best sleep we had on our travels and the pub meal was great just goes to show it doesn’t need to be 5 star to be comfortable .the devil’s marbles are awesome and are a must to see ,keep up the good content enjoy the Alice and drive safe Ron and Kim 👌👌
Hi Ron & Kim! Thanks for tuning in to today’s episode. We definitely know the feeling of long distances! We’ve travelled Melbourne - Ceduna several times and it’s a long way! We actually bought land in Ceduna this year and want to turn it into a camp site where you can have fires and dogs, but it’s a dream at the moment. (There’s an episode on that) Dogs are everything to us too and we’re so glad we moved on from Daly Waters and found a Roadhouse where there’s limited rules and people, that’s the way we like it. Looking forward to creating the next video. Have a great week guys!
