i sht you not when the school taught me Adobe Flash, i cant watch its tutorial videos because my earphones don't work. so i went home and watched all Adobe Flash tutorials by Alan Becker.
im just impressed of how much layers you work with!! That's even more then how much layers I use, even when following that video for organizing animations.
This helps me truly appreciate all the work that goes into each of your ‘movies’. It is odd seeing the characters this way since you have successfully brought them life.

Thanks for the video! It shows how much work u put into this. For teaching purpose maybe you could show us a few little fragments (normal speed) to talk about specific concepts of animation (layers, objects, physics, idk). But any video is appreciated man.

I don't know why, the video has no other sound than him talking about what he's doing, and there's the time laps of his animation process, and yet its still so mesmerising

If you can, add Korean subtitles. I'm Korean, and I don't understand most of it, although it's very good. (It could be awkward because it was written with a translator.)

Hey alan, i know you might not reply but, after i watched your tutorial video the one that has 8.8M views. Im really confused about the thing before the in betweens where you havento space things out, like is it you space things out to add in betweens only or also you remove the pose to pose frame keys space so please explain it to me.
