I love how eclectic your collection is. I keep coming across your videos occasionally when they pop up in my suggestion list and I always appreciate how laid back and knowledgeable you are. I collect mainly Barbie but have also collected all kinds of dolls and toys over the years so really appreciate seeing how others have collected over time. I also like that you collect across the decades. :)

A huge collection ! Your house looks like a museum! I see, you just love dolls in general! You are blessed to have a husband who tolerates your hobby! I keep my dolls in one room right now, getting ready to take over a 2nd bedroom to build a doll house for my 18" Kidz 'n' Cats dolls. Thanks for sharing!

I LOVE your Dawn dolls! My aunt kept her three Dawn dolls and I used to play with them when I would spend the summers at my grandmothers house. They were in a trunk that had big psychedelic flowers on the outside. I used that as their house and my grandmother and I took fabric scraps to make beds and pillows for them. Unfortunately I had another aunt who went through my grandmothers house and put a bunch of her stuff at a garage sale (unbeknownst to her.) The dolls were one of the items. So sadly I don't have them anymore. I wish to have another one someday, especially one of her in the blue dress with white skirt. You have a beautiful collection, thanks for sharing. :)

I have baught a couple fashionistas Barbies but I hate how cheap they are made so I have started collecting all the Barbies from the 80s and 90s I do have a few reproductions of the 1950s Barbie I LOVE THE OLDER SNAP AND BEND KNEES AND ALL THAT THICK LONG HAIR AND THAT ORETTY FACE!! MY FAVORITE WAS THE 1977 SUPERSTAR Barbie I dont have one but I got one from my dad who passed away for my 11th birthday❤😍❤

Wow, my goodness- I wonder how many dolls you have? Where do you get most of them (new from a store, or yard sales/ thrift stores).amazing collection you have- a thought for the next snow days- perhaps you could arrange them starting with the dates they were made- like have all the dolls from the 60s in one area- then do the 70s, 80s, ect. You could have a museum and charge folks to see you amazing collection. Thanks for sharing.

I am a guy who sells toys but lately I have been keeping some of the dolls, seems like I am started to become a doll collector. Lol. I have a few barbies the original ones and a couple of little miss no name that my daughter who is 2 going on 3 loves. Single dad with a daughter who also likes toys and dolls.

Love your coffee table! And your collection! Im 22 and am currently collecting vintage dolls especially grow hair and vintage brides. love to have the child size but way to expensive. I also love cabbage patch. I agree about the kellies. Mattel needs to look at an actual five year old today its Chelsea and she looks like a short morphed 12 year old. ugh

I am a doll lover n have dolls from many countries. My favorite are japanese folk dolls called kokeshi. I have a name for each of my dolls. Love them.

Hi- in the early 90s I bought my daughter a walking Barbie horse that walked like a real horse, battery operated- it had hip and chest area joints and knee joints...and I believe front ankle joints. One front leg would rise up to take a step while the opposite hind leg would step /slide forward. It walked really well- just like a real horse. And it was sculpted like a real one. I've been looking my eyes out for one for my grand daughter but its been a fail. The newer Barbie horses are lame .

Have u ever seen the Herman Munster doll? U pull the string and it says a tisket a tasker I list my little casket. It was only about 10 inches tall.

I have a question that you may have answered somewhere else. I had a doll in the late 60's that I think was called Patches. She had a string that you pulled in back but she had a tear I think like little miss no name. Someone in Kindergarten stole her on show and tell day and my mom got me a Miss Beasley doll to replace her because she couldn't find Patches. When I try to search patches cabbage patch dolls are all that come up. Am I crazy or did the doll just have another name>

How can I tell if my little miss no name is original? Her Hasbro 1965 stamp on the back of her head is higher in the hair line then all the dolls I've seen online. And also it's kinda at an angle not straight. Please help.

Oh my lord, How did you get so many Little Miss No Name dolls?! My grandma was trying to get me one for a cheap price last year, but ended up spending 200 dollars on one.

WHAT THE RELUCTANT REVIEWER MUST KNOW: I am currently thrilling to watching The Waltons again on ME TV. The year is 1942 and there in Elizabeth (the youngest daughter)'s bedroom sits Madame Alexander's baby Victoria on her bed! Virtually years before her time! A set decorator's scandal! Set designers take such meticulous care in recreating a vintage, historically accurate living space, but perhaps when it comes to something like the placement of what they might consider to be a nebulous doll they can get in trouble! Doll collectors eyes are watching!
