For the first time, we, the people, proudly support our government. Prime Minister Albin Kurti embodies integrity, dedication, and European values, inspiring us with his unwavering commitment to our nation's democracy. We seek support from the United States and European Union for Kosovo's entry into the European family, reflecting our European identity as Albanians of Kosovo. The facts speak for themselves, with 95% of us eager to integrate into Europe. Regarding our neighbors, Serbia's preference for autocratic regimes like Russia and China over European values is evident, with only 35% expressing similar desires.
Europe has no integrity, you can't magically appear with integrity after you've slaughtered millions of people throughout history. To compare this gentleman to Europe's ideology and values is a crime. Albin is really amazing and can reach much more on his own.
The Prime Minister of Kosova Albin Kurti, is a great example of the leader. World leaders should learn from him for he is exceptionally genius, intelligent and brilliant. People like him would make the world a better place.
Albin is my man, an engineer who entered politics through philosophy. He's a brilliant man just like his brother who stayed in science and engineering.
@@cicadraza3671 im not sure if it was the regime of Albin Kurti or the regime of Dictator Vucic cuz his goal was to suppress the economy in Kosova so that many people left the country. That's why I ask you to change your attitude which brings us peace instead of conflict! Im pretty sure Mr. Albin Kurti will handle this problem too ;)
It's funny how Serbia milks its population on Kosovo but doesn't mention the Albanians in Valley of Presheva neither the ethnic cleansing done to Albanians since 1812 in Southern Serbia, Montenegro and Macedonia.

Kurti is 20 years ahead compared to the leaders of the Balkans. It is a shame that the current weak EU can’t see this potencial and is appeasing Vucic who served as a propaganda minister during Milosevics regime.
@@daniels.9249belgrade bot, actually kurti has a way higher approval by his kin than vucic does, and well serbia has a higher intelligence budget and similar to russian they use their propaganda through media
Really informative & interesting. Helps justify a period of personal service when able to view the fruits of independence 25 years later, producing an intelligent leader as evidenced in this Podcast, which is not tainted from the ills of conflict.

@@slavicakrkalovic7150 Can you read write and speak Albanian? Because that language is more important for your future than English. Most Serbs can not speak Albanian but nearly every Kosovar can speak Serbian. Who's making the effort here?
What a rock star politician!! His concept of the centre is hidden from negotiations. Therefore he can make concessions that appear to pay a price. His opponents cannot leverage against his centre. Little wonder his enemies respect him!
Kosova Albanians are extremely lucky to have Albin as their leader in such times as compared to the one in Albania, the most corrupt and anti-Albanian person after Enver Hoxha. Protect Albin at all costs and maybe lend us help if you can.
Albin Kurti is very well educated kosova should be very proud and lucky this guy works for the people’s wallets and not for his own number he be he isn’t corrupted which is very important bor Kosova to build trust and he is trying to make everyone feel same in Kosova regards their national or their religion which is very good .
Great leader, very intelligent, works very hard for the country, zero corruption, fair, just and very determined politician! I’ve great respect for this man and i wish the world had more leaders like him…
Compare this smart guy to the crooked prime minister Rama in Tirana! I do not agree with leftist policies of Kurti, but he is smart and a pleasure to listen to. Greetings from the USA.
Of course you cant compare them..Edi Rama is way smarter and has way more influence in Europe..Also he has developed his country and made it from a 3rd worëd country to a very respectable economy in Europe and it keeps growing..
@@churchofsatanalbania1468 Kurti is more of a philopsopher; while rama is a baffoon, although buffons are stupid and entertaining, rama is not entertaining. Rama has drawn much "lider-like" posture from his idol enver hoca. Don't be fooled by the difference between communist Albania of hoca and socialist Albania of rama. Hoca locked Albanians in a giant labor camp, for his cult of personality, while rama is kicking Albanian youth out of the country, that's his "grandiose" leadership. Rama has about two and a half million people... but he and his woke and brainwashed supporters consider him some sort of "European leader"... what a joke! Too bad men like him don't last too long in office. The problem with men of principle is their tendency to make powerful enemies, then they suddenly find themselves flying out of windows. 😵😬🤔
Albin Kurti is not an ordinary politician, he is a remarkable activist, humanist, and great leader, Albin Kurti ❤is an asset to Europe, and the planet 🌍
We R lucky to have Albin Kurti as a PM! He started politics with no interest in gaining money or power. Thank God he changed his mind and took part in the Elections. Proud of him 🙌🏼👏🏼
Been following Kosovo’s PM speeches and meetings with EU and rest of the world lately, i have to say he is what most leaders across the planet should be, very intelligent, straightforward, elegant and most importantly not corrupted.. well done to Kosovo’s PM and Greetings to the Republic of Kosovo 🇬🇧🇽🇰
I visited Pristina during a road trip of the Balkans in 2019. It felt very much like an American cultural outpost. The giant statue of Bill Clinton is definitely worth visiting
Was there another large statue of a woman on her knees wearing a dark blue dress? Did she vaguely resemble Monica Lewinsky with whitish foam dripping from her facial orifice? 🤔
Excellent interviewee, but I do think this was a case where Rory kept pushing in too much. And Alistair to a certain extent, like I wish the Prime Minister had been given more time to explain in his own words the "no compromise in the centre"
Not to compromise in the Center, means Orange Lines close to Red Lines because I Know a way is thinking. If we know a New Lady we don't go straitly to her Home have Sex with her and after that we go to Diner with her than Kiss her and at the end get her Number. First he want to talk about terciary things than sekondary things and at the end primary or main things.Sorry for my English if I made any mistakes . I'm an Kosovan who lives in Germany.
The centre is probably the concept you can't compromise on because it would gp against the whole core idea: independent, recognised, democratic Kosova.
The Prime Minister of Kosovo Mr. ALBIN KURTI is one of the most successful prime ministers in Kosovo after the war and it is a great fortune for Kosovo that he led Kosovo.
The most incoherent conversation in terms of chronological questions. It felt like you were trying to set him up to fail. I appreciate how he had the opportunity to be present in your show
Luan Dalipi paid for this interview, this interview is paid by Kosovo taxes and is a gaslighting to market Kurti. Kurti like most of the comments here are faux

Loved seeing AK schooling both of the hosts. Kurti is unquestionably intellectually superior to any political leader at the present, and for the sake of the Albanian nation (there is no such thing as a Kosovan nation), he lives and has a sound mind for decades to come. The hosts repeatedly question negotiations and Kurti's stance, but they seem myopic as to why he has to adopt that very stance. Secondly, because of the very mandate, - the previous stooges were dangerously useless and very detrimental to Kosova, threatening to undo its very statehood. Quite telling of the hosts' way of thinking and what democracy means to them or how they perceive it. On negotiations, the truth is in the detail but many of these lay leaders and demagogues who have no problem giving up others' rights remain obtusely oblivious to the details and the truth on the ground. I wish the same persistence was applied when dealing with Vucic. Alternatively, treat Kurti with the same leniency. Kurti's state craftmanship is undeniable and is preparing for the inevitable collision which Kosova will be on a much stronger footing. Plus, this time, Albania is in NATO and the paradigm is very different.
His the best leader KosovA has had after Ibrahim Rugova both for Kosova's internal interests and for our regional and international partners, including Serbia and Serbs in Kosova.
History of Kurti reminds me the book of ***Oscar Wilde-De Profundis*** It is pain that completes a man, all the must strongest leaders have gone through a lot of pain. Albin Kurti is our Lion,as he say: We will turn the pain into a force!Kosova will win,we Albanians will win…
A fantastic leader. Listening to him always leaves you in a smarter place, which tells you everything about the type of person he is. Hopefully he’s in leadership for many more years!
Not necessary and not really correct to mention that Albanians from Kosova are muslims, because majority of Albanians from Kosova are yes muslims but registered muslims (majority of them non active), but there are catholic and orthodox Albanians too, and other smaller beliefs. Something which is not so common within other ethnicities from ex Yugoslavia. Because, Serbs are only orthodox, Croats only catholics, Bosnians only muslims, etc.
Catholic and orthodox Albanians are a minority. Most Albanians are Muslims. What you said doesn’t make them non Muslim, using your logic then there are no Christians anywhere in the world 💀
Kosova land and people are the true West . Going back to Constantin the great , rusia and serbia and Orthodox Church have twisted the real history. Europes history and prosperity has been coming from Kosovar people. They have founded many countries and cities in Europe. Dig some of the old books from Vatikan and Turkey
they are the true orient - what is wrong with you - it is a Muslim society, oriented towards raw primitive nationalism - btw There are no cultural signs of Kosovo nor Albanians at Kosovo
Thats true, i saw some documents from 16-18 century from Vatican and all texts writes has a language which only in albanians can decoded, even we try it some other balkan languages. I was very surprised and it was very interesting thing for me.
The reaction in the rest of Yugoslavia was straight out of Maslow: when you start to make headway on your aspirations, regression is resented very deeply indeed.
Putin was shocked by the West approach to Kosovo- and since then he decided he will learn from it and will repay in the same fashion in Ukraine, Israel , Georgia and Syria;) and he did learn the lesson well !!! Especially when Serbia is the friend of Russia;)
@@user-sp5fr7nv1e That's so much nonsense. He's simply playing from Machiavelli, The Prince, a study of the maintenance of Power. He went after Russia's breadbasket, and is doing a fine job of destroying it. The secret is you can't run a superpower off the back of an economy the size of Italy's (correction, Malta's, after sanctions). So the military need to recover the Warsaw Pact, which means war with NATO. Or a reality check on their military, best delivered by the breakup of the Federation. Nothing can stop China taking the East, the Muslim centre's fed up with the Communists and will likely join the Stans, just leaving the West-of-the-Caucasus.

By not compromising in the middle he meant that if the parties negotiating are in the middle and not far out in the opposing extremes, then any deal is beneficial to both as there can’t be major loses on either sides. You only compromise when you need to get closer to something, but there’s no need to compromise when you’re close to or already there.
