Kudos to DDP and Marcus Bagwell for holding out a genuine, honest hand to a guy in real need. Top marks to Scotty for putting the miles in and finding the work ethic and ditching foolish pride and negativity. It's a tough march, I've been there, some storms are too much to bare, yet Scotty, you're still here, and looking sharp and strong. Here's to many more successes to all of you, and people that want to be better, in both themselves and in the world.
Scotty's story resonates with me. To being homeless at the end of your rope not knowing if you can go another day, to the teeth being the last reminder of where you were no matter how far you've come. Seeing him at the Sting retirement match after the first video was released looking like a million bucks was so awesome to see. Great work Scotty.

Man, I almost died in 2017 from my alcohol addiction. I was sober from 2017 until 2022. I lost my step and stopped doing everything that kept me sober. I am good after round two of rehab in 2023 and I am so glad you guys put this out there. Ill never forget meeting DDP in Buffalo NY at a Thunder taping back in the day. I was 15 or 16 at the time. Didn't think id be re-idolizing him, and Buff and and Scotty for an entirely new reason in 2024. Thanks for sharing with the world guys, and everyone else at DDPY.

This was awesome! I used to HATE DDP as a wrestler. I even brought a very offensive sign about him to a WCW show years ago. Boy was I an idiot. That man has done so much good for people who were literally at the end of their rope. God bless that man.

I'm watching this, I'm 50. House just foreclosed on. Bunch of financial missteps. I ballooned to 285 lbs. I lost 115 lbs. Covid weight regained was 20 lbs. Lots of hip🎉 and back pain. I have no idea what to do without a job. But, I started losing my teeth at 21. I cannot believe it's been almost 3 decades. I try not to ever lose faith. Bravo men. Great job allowing him to be the best version of himself. A great smile allows the chemistry of our bodies to sync up with our minds and brains. Awesome job.
Awright brother. I feel you. My contract work had dried up and now we have a little coming in but at lower rates, been sleeping in a chevy colorado and making it. For many years I would go through spells of wanting to end it all but didnt. Not sure why though, I never really fit in with this world. Anyway something inside me has shifted and I have been fighting instead of just taking it the way life gave it. Maybe it takes doing like DDP said and getting that list together and working towards it everyday. Kind of like that journey of 1,000 miles, you walk for for a few hours and it doesn't seem like you went anywhere and two weeks latter you realize you went 200 miles and figure you can make it the rest of the way. The why is the question for you and me both. At 50 your kids are grown, you've had many women, you buy the house or rent the nice apartment for the women and children. What is your why? If you figure out your why, is it worth it to pursue it with all of your heart or just keep barely getting by like you got so good at doing?
When Scotty hit that dropkick, I couldn't hold back the tears a second longer. So inspiring to see him moving like that again, brought me back to my childhood for a moment 💚
I just found this channel today/tonight, and there really isn't that many channels that I've seen such a dramatic 180-degree turn. I've never watched the WWE, but regardless, giving a man, any human being their self-respect and dignity, his PURPOSE back, especially with such a foundational purpose to Carry On, #DDPYOGA definitely has mine and I assume millions of others total respect and love. What DDP and his team are doing is so remarkable and Iam sure they dont realize the magnanimity of it. Beleiving in a person, investing time, money and effort on him and getting him back to be part of society is nothing short of divine intervention.
I am not even into wrestling but this story had me glued to the screen. This is such a powerful positive story. this is motivating me to be a better person. Scotty Riggs is looking like a greek god. What a transformation. You can see his eyes shining with positivity. There are amazing people on this earth. Sometimes I forget that. But that god they are still here. If anyone watched AEW Revolution, he was at ringside for Sting's final match. His comeback story is incredible and to be able to not only wrestle a match but to also attend a comrades last match and enjoy it really shows that he has his life back. Marcus, Dallas, and to you Scotty...OUTSTANDING!!!!
Night and day difference, he looks like he feels 15 years younger. I know that feeling. I just lost my father, my ex lost hers the same week and moved back to be with her mom. I'm living in my van. I used to work out at the same gym in Atlanta when I was young. You're incredible for rebuilding these men, when the world let's most of us slip through the cracks.

I got to see Scotty Riggs in Johnson City. He was the biggest guy there absolutely the most muscular wrestler there. Goldberg and the Scott Hall, Kevin Nash. I still remember being amazed at the size of Scotty Riggs. I have no idea who he even wrestled or if he won He was a beast.
I've been watching there videos over and over and seeing the changes and positivity for a while trying to decide if I should try it. I'd like to lose weight to help my eventual kidney transplant at some point. I'm hoping to be able to have enough to get into it soon, I could use some of that change and self worth that's inspiring in these.

DDP keeps making me proud that he was one of my favs as a kid. Him, sting, and mick Foley. And all three seem to be the best in the biz when it comes to being kind.
I love that they used the word "inspiring" for his story. its crazy that if the story stopped before he made this decision, it would've been a story that we would feel sorrow for, or empathy. but him making this decision changed his whole story to a story of inspiration and perseverance. a story that he will be proud to share with everyone.

Amazing work. Riggs looks great. He even looks like he could have a short final run somewhere. I would love to see him get it. When I first saw what he looked like, I got upset. He looked much older than he was, and looked completely broken down by life. Today, he is in better shape than he was in the 90's. He definitely put the work in, and I couldn't be happier for him. DDP is out there changing lives. He truly found his calling.
I hated DDP's guts as a kid! Was a Hogan/Goldberg fan. 😂 The little did I know, how fakkin' tremendously great guy he is! Thank you for helping these people to put together their lives once again! 🙏💪
