You have to train, mate. It's the easiest way to get Evolution Points, so you can upgrade your fighter. :P It's also the way your fighter learns new moves, and gets into fitness for the fights.

Danny’s actual record is 2wins 4 losses but keeps restarting either needs to turn down the difficulty of train more to get his chin strength up

decrease diffilculty and upgrade moves before you fully get in to the ufc, only way to survive on hard+ diffilculty in this game.
