I didn't show the Left Behind The Kids Hardcover books at the end of the video review as I forgot they are still in my car hahah, but what I would have said is that I don't recommend buying library copies of any books unless it's either multiple books from a single series or something you know is rare/desirable. The reason is that book collectors are very picky about condition and library books go through a million hands and are covered in stickers/ink usually. The ones I picked up will probably go for ~40 range with cheap media mail shipping, but take a long time to sell. Finding the rest of them would be impossible as hardcovers of that series are library-exclusives. Also my strategy with books and most stuff in my eBay store is to price it high and let it sit. ALMOST EVERYTHING EVENTUALLY SELLS. I have found that getting a high number of less-expensive stuff beats a low number of high quality items. The returns are so much better and it opens you up to buying way more variety when you're out and about picking.
I don't mind the resellers. While they're standing their scanning random crap I can move quick around and pick up what I want. Knowledge and speed beats Google Lens everytime lol. Another good video. Keep up the good work.
A lot of people are saying this which I didn't know as I wasn't too familiar with Coby. I was going purely by the look of it when I said that hahah, I'm going to stay away from that brand from now on. What I meant about the not working was that portable dvd players never work, and regardless if they did they aren't worth much as nobody wants them these days.
I have heard of changeable robots! Courts found that Hasbro couldn't copyright a transforming robot. That's why you see so many knockoffs, some better than others.
@kry-kryl.a.8165 garage sales, goodwill. This was actually a random find at a yard sale. Also look at the condition of the tape. Might have mold on it. To me the box is the eye candy
That's awesome, VHS prices are almost always good at flea markets and garage sales. But around my area I can never find any except Disney, I look for them every time too. Very depressing
Resellers everywhere is a common occurrence this year. Wasn't like this last year. Think the economy is really hitting people finally. We have a lot of fresh migrants at our thrifts and garage sales this year. Twice as many. Its been crazy hard getting stuff.
Most of the newer people I see get video games and records and modern toys because they are low hanging fruit and easy to look up. So competition in those areas is really tough. That's why I've started to expand my knowledge into other categories like plushies, vintage electronics, books, and random junk. It will get harder and harder for them, but still doable for you!
