Something about this eclipse feels intense. This has been a tough one. I have had zero energy to workout as usual. People are acting avoidant and odd. We had a small earthquake on the east coast which is very rare. Holy shit dude. I'm dealing with a breakup with my bff (of 8 years). I've been thinking a lot about the gaslighting, so as soon as you said that my ears piqued. This whole breakup happened days before the eclipse. They've been my sun, my anchor, kept me alive through the hardest years of my life. We grew up in addiction on the streets as kids, and I got clean a few years back, and they've been on and off the wagon. Only began listening to your preamble and as you spoke of the crack then went on to speak of the total darkness and the warning, so to speak, immediately a dream i had years ago came back. I've ALWAYS dreamt, as far back as i could recall into my childhood and never realised i had the gift of prophecy until years later. I remember the important dreams, is how i like to sense it, bcs i know i have several dreams a night. In this particular dream i saw what appeared to be a blackout in the USA (not trying to scare anyone) and there was panic which began to slowly set in. Many began trying to accustom their eyes to the dark and get into safe places and i recall that as most were hurrying about, far off into the distance i could see a pinprick of light and began to realise that there was hope and a surety that the darkness was, as i could put it, specific, and so was trying to calm some down, to breathe and don't become too crazed as it was important to stay calm. I had another dark out dream, and i feel both are related but this is long enough already. But it's sooo interesting that that dream came immediately back. Went into a sort of Identity Dissolution meditation during the Solar Eclipse. It felt like there was Hell around me, but the calm within burned brighter. I started understanding things, not like visions but like my brain was telling me NO but my soul was telling me YES. I feel called to tell people what I experienced now. What I hear is to remember is that we are all interconnected. So, we cannot be at war with one another without being at war within ourselves. Our external cycles will mirror our internal cycles of interactions with the aspects of ourselves.

You also need to know your experience and perceptions are just as valid. When we constantly seek validation from spirit or others outside of ourselves, we gaslight ourselves and say our truth is not real until someone else says it is.

Yesterday evening (during the eclpise) I was finally able to find that deeper layer in meditation which I hadn't experienced anymore in the last couple years. It was like you mentioned: light entering in dark very dense energies of the physical body. The prhase in my mind that helpt me was like: "Everything you experience is taken care of, just trust."

I saw the eclipse in my region and shortly after 1:40p, around (530p), the sky released hardhard rain and lightning and the darkness of the density feeling heavy but comfortingly acknowledging and releasing. The wanting and crying that occurred w the rain that semi off and on would not stop, still hasn’t and it’s now 11:17p. Our destiny needs the faith but the stillness of time smolders our soul.
