It's all Shaq's fault. When Shaq dissed Joker in the MVP award presentation, he woke the sleeping giant, poked the bear, grabbed the tiger by the tail, played with fire, opened Pandora's box, let the dogs out, lit the fuse, unleashed the kraken, tugged on Superman's cape, spit into the wind, pulled the mask off the old Lone Ranger and messed around with Jim.
Nuggets fan here, amd i gotta say: don't hang your head. You guys are real good with a great young star (who has yet to hit the peak of his powers), and i get the feeling its gonna be you and us battling for that finals position for the next few years
Same here -- life long Nuggets fan and the Wolves scare the bejeezus outta me. Coming out of last year's series it was clear that Ant felt confident that he could beat the Nuggets (and I know he felt wolves should've won the close out game 5 in OT -- that's, I'm sure, why he threw that chair in the tunnel.). They're only going to improve. Obviously, Tim Connelly knows how to build a juggernaut and if anyone has the formula to beat the Nuggets it's him. Ant is going to be a perennial MVP candidate. It's probably only a matter of a short time before they'll be on the same level or better than the nuggets.
As the great prophet said. “don’t call it a comeback…I have been here for years”. It’s not a resurrection, they wounded a champion and didn’t finish the job.
Calling out and clowning on Gobert is a lazy analysis. There is nobody in the league who would have stopped Joker in game 5. The current trend of not give credit where it's due is weak and weird!
There are so many talented yters who dont make the views they deserve, Its just so difficult here u need long time and algorithm luck. Dats why people go to this festering cesspool of misery called tiktok..
Great commentary on this exciting series. As a Celtics fan, I don't look forward to having to play either of these teams. But, first we have to get past Knicks/Pacers winner. Good luck against The Joker.
Lame stream media is all bus riders just riding on and for the bus wherever it’s going that day. Amazing how we went from Lebron the “goat” to ants the new face and Jordan incarnate back to closer to reality in what a month give or take
@@YourFriendWithACamera Yes. It would be the best player and arguably the 2nd best player in the league on the same team. It would ruin the league, I don't understand why people always say they wanna see this
Also I'm not even sure what it would look like. Luka's extremely heliocentric and never an off-ball player while Jokić basically forces everyone to play off-ball. The PnR would be good but otherwise their offensive process is impossible to imagine
As a Nuggets fan, I wouldn't want Luka on our team. That would destroy our ball movement and would weaken the team's defense. We should all know by now that the 'super team' concept is a failed experiment. The Nuggets are great because their core players were drafted and went through trials and tribulations together while adding key additions like AG and KCP.
Those charges took out the Timberwolves' momentum. That tech on Michael Malone complaining was the most valuable tech he could've taken. Basically worth 6 points minimum.
@@spol I think the last charge on Gordon wasn't legit. He was still moving. They showed it on the replay and he was inching left before he took the charge.
Greatest flip ever. In my mind, after Denver was down 0-2 losing both at home and game 2 a blowout. I was convinced Denver was a fraud. But now, I'm back on the Jokic Train!
Where I am from it's hard to watch NBA live so I usually check the results in the morning. I didn't check the results in the morning after game1 so I only found out the score after game2 and immediately thought the Nuggets have yet to figure out Minnesota's defense so I was still somewhat confident in Denver with my faith in them depending on how the teams looked in game 3. The three games proved me right! So glad they did.
This is the epitome of today's sports fans. They think everything is easy, and oversimplify the game and fail to look at any of the finer nuances. Plus, listening to the unabashedly biased talking heads can also distort fan's perceptions. Despite Denver’s poor performance in the first two games against the Timberfrauds, they are the defending champs with championship mettle. My thoughts were if the Timberfrauds did win game three at home, they would be in the driver's seat. A two-game deficit wasn’t enough to write off a team like the Nuggets and their championship pedigree.
@@livemodcolorado he probably would. But I don’t think Jokic has 40 and 0 turnovers. Wemby would cause at least one turnover with his frame and would likely have at least 1 block on Jokic.
Im a nuggets fan i just think Y’all really need get a constant 2nd scored someone that can help Ant get less attention i think yall got w formula now just one last piece yall need
Now people are saying that training in the Denver altitude for the Nuggets gives them an advantage and should not be allowed. LeBron said this in the series and even was complaining about it.
If that's the case, Denver will have all trophies from the beginning nba. They have 1. So how do u explain that? Lebron in 40,yea u bet he will complain
I'm a Warriors fan, so I have no dog in this fight. I did think Murray deserved a suspension though... After Draymond was suspended in the 2016 Finals and the 2023 1st round against the Kings... yeah, you could say I'm a bit salty by the double standard.
That game was sooooo blatantly obvious being called in Minnesota’s favor and refs knew it. How unfair to suspend a player when the anger was justified.
@@alyssainnis4432 there was no precedence, Murray is not a repeat offender and has clean track record until that time and no one got hurt. Just in case you are not aware, Ant threw chairs and did hurt people last playoff and he was fined 50K and no suspension.
The Wolves are not out, it really could have gone the other way with some luck/better offence from the timber Wolves, I would really not be surprised if they do manage to take this to game 7.
@@hardwood_ytI remember before thë first game of thë series you me and someone else in thë discord we’re talking and I said T-wolves win in Denver nuggs in 6 that may not happen but if that’s true 😮💨 I cooked
I was at game 2 and everything about those calls were fishy. It looked rigged…and I believe the reason why Malone and Murray didn’t get a T. A client of ours is in the sports world and said sports cheating is prevalent, especially in basketball. THEN I saw that game. After going down 0-2, I bet mafia put bets in that nuggets would win the championship and now the calls will go in nuggets favor. Coming from a life long Denver sports fan.
@@13thzephyr game 2 was wildly obvious being called in wolves favor. It was plain as day. Nuggets were scripted to lose that game. The pay out is high when a team has less than 1% chance of winning the championship. But the nuggets are the epitome of a true team in team sports. Call the game fair and they are going to win probably 8 of 10 games.
