In this video, Engineer Babazadeh brings back Nanny Sanam, who had been in the hospital due to her daughter's illness. After her daughter's recovery, she returns home to help the engineer with household chores.
The engineer also spoke with one of the channel's subscribers who lives in Germany and shared the family's situation. The heartfelt connection of this grandmother is precious to all of us, and we know that all of you dear ones are also in our hearts.

I would love to send you my brother n law he is a professional carpet installer, he has a hot iron tool that he seals the two carpet seams with a glue strip. Makes for seamless floor and no edge to trip over. I do love the brick pattern rug❤

Your family is number one and all others come after. Finish your house completely so the Nanny can cook on a cooking stove and get everything else she will need. And finish the storage room. Please Engineer be cautious some people are not what you think they are and will rob you without you knowing. You have your family now and you have gone through so much and children still young and schooling clothing fees are expensive 😮you have worked very hard to earn what you have so your family now is very much more important and don’t forget children get sick fall break an arm or leg and they need doctors or go to hospital which is another expensive cost. I agree 100%!! When he went to the barber shop to get a haircut, the guy cutting hair told him of a family who needed his help. The man can't even go to the bathroom without people cornering him asking for help. Thank you, kind lady, for explaining to engineer what we all have been commenting in these videos. ❤ He should really stop being too trusting of people asking for him to help. He gets upset when no one comes to help him yet he still continues to be too trusting of people eventho he doesbt know them.

I noticed that the new house has no refrigerator and gas range yet. Hope the engineer will provide these things the soonest possible as these are basic needs in the house. - from the Philippines.

He made the house too small from the beginning. He needs a separate bedroom and another room for the children. He will have to add on to it and take years to complete with the mostly lazy wirkers who just want food and money etc.

I am glad Nanny Sanam has returned she is good for the children and they all like her. The house is now in order for her making it easier for her to care for the children. How lovely to get a call of encouragement from Germany! Buy cushions and sleeping mattresses to set up against the walls to make the home more comfortable for you all.

Как я рада, что инженер привез детям няню, папочке, будет спокойнее и легче, он бедный замотался, такая нагрузка хоть отдохнёт и спокойнее ему будет. Ему самому надо подлечиться и набраться сил и здоровья. а девочкам надо объяснять и внушать, чтобы они помогали няне, они уже начали хитрить, старшая послушная, а вторая уклоняться от работы..........Здоровья, сил и бодрости , берегите, цените и любите друг друга друга, с огромным к Вам уваженением бабуля 82 года Киев,Украина

Les gens qui sollicitent l’ingénieur, avaient disparu quand il était seul face au deuil et aux difficultés. Maintenant qu’il va mieux, ils reviennent réclamer son aide financière et autres. Et lui, il ne sait pas dire non. Mais que fait l’ingenieur BabaZadeh pour gagner sa vie s’il a les moyens de dépenser autant d’argent ? Quel est son métier ? Quand reprendra-t-il le travail ?

Good question! Is he spending government money. In this storyline the new house was for Fatemeh and children. In real life I thought it’s for tourism. I believe he still owns the village house that has several rooms which they really need!! Where can he change his clothes in the new house!

It was so nice for BabaZadeh to share his loving heartfelt conversation with his mother. She lives in another country which explains her absence. It saddened me to hear her dash Rezas wish to come to America saying it is bad. Every country has good and bad leaders, politics and people, good hearts and evil hearts. Having said that every country also has good people, God loving kind people and beauty. We all pray for peace, love and happy lives no matter where we are from❤. Teaching hate and negativity just continues the cycle. I’d never tell my 4 year old grandson that.

What a miracle baba zabeda!!! Your childrens nanny returned. God is great indeed! Hopefully I'll get to watch a few episode's while I'm traveling.
