That 90-year-old great-grandmother is incredible. Not only does she look decades younger than her age, her nimbleness and quick wit are a testament of a life well lived ensconced in good health and a good environment. Americans typically start degenerating and rapidly declining physically and oftentimes mentally starting around their 60s or 70s, with very few making it past their early 80s. This woman however, at the age of 90, is not only spritely, full of vigor and good health, she is quite the dynamo too full of energy and love and compassion for her entire family. I wonder where all the men are, though, as there doesn't appear to be a Grandpa or Great-Grandfather around. Regardless, someone like Sarang and her cutie cousin, Yume, are quite lucky to have such a large extended family of great grandparents and grandparents on both sides of the family to meet and commiserate with. These kids are indeed very happy!

that's why Shiho good while doing yoga..90 year old great grandmother really has a good balance! at first I thought Sarang must be talk Japanese while w/ Shiho's family but she choose Korean and surprisingly that make all of family member laugh and learn Korean too 👍
