Song Il-kook is such a great dad. He is really patient and doesn't get angry. He didn't scold Minguk after he spilled the drink but repeatedly thanked him for buying the drinks instead.

katie kawaii He should had left the other bottle(the one that was full) to Minguk since he did a GREAT job buying the right stuff and carrying all plus the change. And then buy Manse one. But not share it.

@@isavargas1 if he buys another one then he would be sending the wrong message out that if something is ruined or spilled, they can always get a new one. that is not right. Good parenting means teaching children to just make do with what they have instead of using money to get more. plus manse didn't mind having lesser. they are easily contented and this is a result of the good upbringing they had.

Azu Krischxzxz That’s YOU who saw that, only you. And then they could see that even thought you did all the work(going to the store, buy the stuff, carrying 2 bottles all by yourself(Daehan went off with one bottle, didn’t even stuck around), plus the change in the hands(the woman could have put it in his pocket but whatever), trying to carry ALL the way back and when it’s all on the floor, HAVE TO SHARE IT?!! Come on! The would think that no matter if you do all the work, you would get half the reward, and that is worse. And of course Manse didn’t care, he’s like that, that’s his personality.

Rewatched this many times and I always find it so sweet. Especially Manse didn't kick up any fuss when Minguk told him the drink spill is his drink. He just accepts and say his drink is spilled.

This part is one of my favorites. Mingukie..king of running errands. All the triplets are smart, especially Minguk. I think he has the best memory out of three. Daehan is more like a nature explorer, Manse is kinda idol wannabe lol.

Minguk is filled with good manners and cuteness, I can't handle this boy. These three kids made my life better. I mean, my day goes really well when I watch Song Triplets, they make me want to be innocent. God bless Song family.

I think he's the best example of a good father. I love the triples! He doesn't lecture or scream or make certain negative expressions when his kids do something wrong. He compliments what they do to encourage them further. It allows them to repeat similar tasks next time and to do even better.

True. You just let the children be children and don't expect too much from them, instead let them grow and mature over time. Errors and mistakes are all beautiful experiences in which a children may learn something only if a parent knows how to use them for the growth of a child. Kuddos to Song-appa and eomma! ❤️

One of the great moments where Ilkook’s parenting shone. He told Minguk that it was okay that the juice got spilled, thank him for getting the change and told him he was a good boy. Then he split the juice in half. A plus on this is Manse rushing when he heard Minguk cried and not giving a fuss when he learned his juice spilled.

The thing is the cameraman probably has a protocol where he can’t step in and help. And as sad as it is for you it’s probably worse for the cameraman who is right there and knowing that he can’t help. And this show is supposed to be like the cameraman is not there they want to see what the dad would do. The cameraman can probably only help in like a really really bad situation.

Sydney Estoconing I agree the cameraman should have done more but he may have saw the dad running to try and help manse before any of us did so he probably knew the dad would get there. And maybe at that moment the cameraman wasn’t looking or there was no cameraman and the camera was just set down. Though I do believe your right that the cameraman maybe should have tried helping maybe he had his reasons. Wow that’s such a long thing I typed

*Manse being carefree is the funniest and so hilarious. Minguk's actions are always cute and adorable. But when I think of them as future grown ups, I would definitely fall in love with a man like Daehan. Mature, reliable, caring brother and son despite being a quiet type. I know he's very smart too but he is the type who has his own world and doesn't bother to share his ideas, unless the environment compelled him to. I always find shy type and quiet men, the most interesting, thus the most attractive when eyeing for an ideal partner.* 😍

When Minguk cried while saying, "I spill it..." Gosh.. I know how it feels, like you know you're toasted cause you made a mistake. Good thing Ilkook didn't scold him, and instead pointing out the things Minguk got right, like getting the change. It taught the kids that they could be honestly admitting their mistakes. Hope he can keep that up.
