1914 year. Emperor Nicholas II, the favorite of the Russian people, suddenly introduces a dry law in the country. Not only fecundity falls under the ban, but also wine, moonshine and even seemingly innocent beer. A total ban on the sale of alcohol leads to a sharp increase in drug addiction. Of course, there was no such thing in the villages, they continued to suppress moonshine, but the urban population, and especially military personnel - soldiers and sailors, get used to opium and cocaine. So, as is known, it was the sailors who became the support for the Bolsheviks, who later seized power. They crushed not only ideological enemies, but also could shoot a civilian or some bourgeois who fell under the hot hand for no reason.
