With all the fancy boxes and trapping equipment available now, it’s so cool to see you making it happen and producing with simple, old school sets using equipment you have lying around the cabin. As a young indigenous trapper, your videos are a reminder for me to keep things simple and don’t overthink it. Definitely going to be making a set using an old nabob can!
You don’t need all that fancy stuff ahahah you just need a plywood box with a screen on the bottom and a 110 conibear with fish at the bottom of the box…make sure you run the fish on the tree below ur trap so they will catch the scent
Happy new year robert and family, we enjoy watching and learning some pointers from you. Continue to make videos 📹 .Stay safe and warm in the new year!
Loved the GoPro footage of your journey Robert, I hope you fill your traps again before the season ends. Have a great new year Robert ✌️ Stay awesome 👍
Robert, I'm sure I speak for nany of us when I say this. We may hve started watching because of the title, The Rez Trapper, but we return and watch now because of you! We enjoy your company and dont care if we go trap the rez or off rez, or hang out at the shed with a cup of coffee. We love you brother and look forward to the next 80 videos!
Hi Robert maybe you could make some videos showing how you skin you animals and what you do with the meat. Also maybe ice fishing on grand pa lake. We like watching you live the simple life with out the day to day stresses of the outside world.
Where I’m at we have cpl feet of snow here..I’m glad we still have most of our snow but maybe 5-7 years ago our snow used to be deep.now it’s slowly going down every year
Thanks for the update, really big fan of the channel. You might have to venture out further to find the fur...or just bait your trail cams and film the animals that come in. Peace from GP, Alberta ✌️
Robert, a few years ago you were starting or talking about a Red Line as you called it. I never heard what happened to it. Guess it did not work out for you for some reason.
