#1,#2,#3 isn't really rich. Being rich has to be both influential and wealthy life, otherwise it's just a screen number. In real life, these people are living in a tiny concrete box. A life where you can't even drive a own car freely is far from rich.

Singapore is a country far below the defense power of a Southeast Asian country, but economic power, defense power, and population mean that country's power. Biasanya pendapatan perkapita besar di suatu negara, maka harga2 barang, rumah, makanan juga mahal di negara tersebut. Yang terpenting adalah kemampuan daya beli masyarakatnya. Di Indonesia walau tidak masuk 15 besar Asia dalam pendapatan perkapita, kenyataannya banyak yg mampu beli makanan, rumah, mobil dan lainnya. Jadi yg terpenting adalah kemampuan daya beli.

China didn't use GDP in 50s 60s and most part of 70s. China enconomy was isolated from the rest of the world. China enconomy was underrated in terms of US dollar/ GDP
You ok ? Singapore is the only 1st world developed country in Asean. It's GDP per capita is even much higher than USA and many western countries. I worked in Singapore for about 10 years. Singaporeans are rich.
