The comparison to Beverly Hills is not needed here. And this actually looks nothing like Beverly Hills which isn't a bad thing. This is a beautiful and well planned community that stands on it's own. Embrace the Rwandaness of it.
I totally agree with you. We should just embrace our continent for what it is, instead of always using America and the West as the measurement. I see this all the time. If we build a great estate, we would name it after a Western city. Why can't we just give it an African name? We should be proud of ourselves. Anyway, good observation
Jealousy aside, Rwanda has lifted the bar of cleanness high everywhere. I love the fact that the suburb’s houses do not have the no see through walls & that the streets have good paint & street signs everywhere. Well done Rwanda
Very clean world class roads and manicured loans, beautiful landscaping..... Zimbabwe or Zimbabwean authorities and the rest of Africa could replicate what Rwanda is doing.....this place is a very well organized, pristine environment ...Love it!

At least with Kagame he has some Pride in how his Country is kept clean with Manicured Roads.. But those Incompetent Feckless so-called "Leaders" in Ghana, Nigeria, Egypt etc.. have no such Pride with all those disgusting Dirty Roads, no consistent Traffic Lights, Speed limits or Signs..

Beautiful neighborhood. Only problem I see, is the Roads not being wide enough for parking on the side. Instead, they got the cars parking on the sidewalks. But it’s clean and very residential. Love it.
Until you get rid of the M7 and NRM it is not going to happen. The MPs are paying themselves $35,000,000 per month. In addition they embezzle a lot money. M7 does not care about Uganda. That's money that can used to build the country. Rwanda is surviving on Uganda's resources and Congo's minerals. That's why your'll should not allow M7's son to take over because the trend will continue at even a worse rate. Uganda, Congo and Tanzania are the richest countries in East Africa but Tanzania is developing because of good leadership. For Uganda the leadership has been bad for 38 years. And for Congo, the neighboring countries especially Rwanda have destabilized it in order to still their minerals that's why the development of Congo has been hindered. Congo is on of the richest countries in the world in terms of resources but from the time Kabila became a president its resources have been stolen. Kabila was helped partly by the RPF to overthrow Mobutu and since then Rwanda never left Congo's mineral alone.

Looks nothing like Beverly Hills but it's still a nice looking neighborhood. I wouldn't want my house to look like my neighbors though if I'm spending quite a large sum of money so I wouldn't want to live here, if I'm being honest.
