I like this house! Smart of them to put the media room next to the kitchen. Easy access to snacks! The kitchen and bathroom are a bit dark for my liking. Also, I don't mind carpet in the bedroom, but it's a bit strange to see it in the upstairs high-traffic areas. As for the trees behind the house, it looks like they belong to a guest parking lot or something, so just talk to the association about having them trimmed.

Chak has a trained eye to notice even the smallest of things that we think are unimportant or we don't know unless Chak tells us about it💁. This is why I like long video's so the next house tour ? We get trained to notice it all.

Discoloration around a AC vent can mean there is a leak where the duct attaches to the Vent itself and since cold air tends to create moisture collecting and soaking into the dry wall that might be why it is that way .

Tile is square cut but laid in a diamond pattern . Under sink doesn't have a filter ...That is used because there is no way to draw air for the drain to work . It has a little rubber flap that allows air to draw dawn for the water to flow but won't let water back up in case of a clog . Fridge is Stainless . Would cost way too much to make from nothing but nickel . That SAID it may have a high content of nickel in the stainless because the grade of stainless is do to the amount of nickel used in making it . Likely a 316 Stainless for quality and less chance to rust .

I would call that a drop in vessel sink . Discoloration around a H/vac register means no insulation around said outlet cause condensation to make the area wet . OR a leaking duct connection at the outlet . A house like this needs two dishwashers imo .

Keystone model in summerlin, n a bunch of homes from two years ago look better n cost lower then these newer homes. Developers are charging way too much!!! Thanks for your tireless work though

I noticed that the previous owner planted the Organ Pipe plants which I did as well, however, mine are now over six feet tall, but the best thing is that I don't have to deal with leaves falling in my pool.

I really like this house but for 2.1 million I would expect a bigger backyard. Is this a million dollar home? Yes. Is it a 2 million dollar home. Hell no. Cut the price in half and it's worth it but this is Vegas and someone will think this a steal.

This is a tract home which started at under 1 mil (900s) about 3 years ago. I remember touring the model. There is NOTHING that justifies this massive price increase. This house will crash when prices start coming down.
